On the ground floor: a kitchen and its dining area, a living room (decorative fireplace), a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a shower room, a separate WC and a scullery. Upstairs: a bedroom with 3 90X190 beds and a bathroom with WC. Parking on the property. Ideally located 5 km from the Estuaires motorway (A84), equidistant from Rennes and Mont Saint-Michel at 40 km, this gite has been fitted out in joint ownership with the owners in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2022 to offer a warm and very comfortable living environment. Authentic furniture combined with modern equipment gives an authentic spirit to an interior decorated with taste and a touch of retro. You will appreciate an organization of the spaces allowing a pleasant intimacy of the rooms and private bathrooms on each level of the house. In addition you will enjoy a large private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, with access to a nearby lawn. Charming cottage perfectly equipped at the gates of Fougères at 8 km
