PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
From the entrance, you step into a spacious living area filled with natural light, thanks to the large surrounding bay windows.
The lounge features a comfortable sofa area with a large smart TV. The dining space can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Extending from this area, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed for your stay, regardless of its duration.
All these spaces open directly onto the west-facing garden, which wraps around the apartment. It includes an outdoor dining area, ideal for lunches or summer evenings.
The garden also provides direct access to the parking area, where the apartment benefits from a double parking space.
On the night side, the apartment comprises three bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200 cm), one of which has direct access to the garden on the east side
A third bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a smart TV
Two walk-in shower rooms as well as a separate WC complete the property.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8. From Cannes train station: approximately 7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, or 26 minutes on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee. Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box. All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
