- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A 60 m² balcony with panoramic views, south-facing and sheltered from the Mistral, with its dining area and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather!

The flat is ideally located in La Ciotat, in very pleasant surroundings. The town is also famous for its cinema, pétanque and shipyards. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The beach is 2.5 km away, accessible on foot via a quiet lane or by car in 5 minutes.
