Very nice property. We had 5, but can sleep 8 comfortably. Well taken care of inside and out. Very nice furnished kitchen. Beautiful surroundings. Driveway is very steep and there are some stairs to reach the house - so the only caution would be for someone who has trouble walking or with stairs.Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 7. Check in was easy and the property was beautiful with all the flowers blooming. Steep driveway but was happy to see that it was paved vs previously being rocks!

This was a great find for a group of us attending a local wedding. The only downside was the listing is for 4 king size beds and that is incorrect. It is 2 kings and 2 full size which was not our expectation.

Our group of 8 was very comfortable in this home. The location was great. The driveway is very steep but we didn’t have any issues. There are quite a few stairs to get into the home and move around the home.I will also say that the listing says 4 king beds. There are currently 2 king and 2 queen beds. Again the home is comfortable but not what I was expecting. We would stay there again!

Check in and check out was a breeze! The host was very accommodating to our early check in request. We had an awesome weekend with our West Point Cadet. We would stay again on another visit to West Point.

Great Place

Perfect spot for a get together with friends... kitchen, dining room and living room all connected so you're always together and not missing out on the fun. Comfy couches and plenty of space for large board games.

The house was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. We had a few visits from cave crickets, but that's to be expected given the location of the home. You definitely need all-wheel drive to get up the driveway. All in all it was a great experience. We will most certainly be reaching out for next year's Mom's weekend again.

Great house well appointed driveway could use some work and twin bathroom needs shower curtain and towel bars - we’ll stay again on another visit location is perfect very convenient

Great Location!

We were very happy with this VRBO. There is no hangers for your towels. That is the only negative thing about this place. The beds are very comfortable! And location was perfect for our group.

Love the house. Need tvs in bedrooms, glass on downstairs shower and balance air units.

Cons: lack of closet space, a hook or too would have been great in all bedrooms. Lamps would have been nice, lack of toilet paper, not enough towels. Pros: very comfortable, beds great, (2 kings and 2 queens) nice modern appliances and top notch. Peaceful setting with generous outdoor seating.

NY trip back home

Home was well maintained and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Driveway was gravel and difficult to manage even with 4WD vehicles.

If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent for a Group

This house might have the weirdest layout I've ever seen, and if you don't like stairs, it's not for you. But it was clean, warm and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again!
