Private terrace with garden furniture. One living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom (walk-in shower and sink), and one separate toilet.
Amenities: refrigerator-freezer, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, television, ceramic hob, etc. A washing machine is available in the shared utility room.
Location: approximately 600m from the beach and shops, 1300m from the shopping center.
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon reservation for €70. Linens are not provided but can be reserved. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
