MyPacôme Conciergerie presents "La villa Azura"<br><br>"La villa Azura", is a sumptuous architect's villa located in Trouville Sur Mer, jewel of the Côte Fleurie, which has testified for two centuries to its inimitable charm.<br><br>Trouville sur Mer, two hours from Paris, adjoining Deauville, seduces thanks to its long beach of fine golden sand which offers an unforgettable perspective on the Channel. We love its casino, its restaurants, its authentic fishing port, and its fish stalls. We stroll along its picturesque little streets, reflecting both its glorious history and its sweetness of life, discovering the elegance of the beautiful residences. <br><br>The house is located in the courtyard of the Manoir d'Hennequeville which is known to be one of the most beautiful residences in the town, a striking example of Anglo-Norman architecture of the early twentieth century.<br><br>The surface area of this house is 150 m², for a capacity of 10 people,<br><br>Located only a few minutes by car from the city center, and the beach, you will be close to all amenities, this villa offers an ideal location.<br><br>On the first floor, you will discover a spacious living room, a dining area, a perfectly fitted and equipped kitchen, a toilet. A sleeping area, with a bedroom with Queen Size bed, and en-suite shower room. A sofa bed in the living room can be used as a bed (on request).<br><br><br>Upstairs, two bedrooms with single beds and a bedroom with a queen-size double bed await you, a shower room and a bathroom. And a toilet.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.<br><br>Outside, everything is there for you to relax or have fun. Sit on the south-facing terrace and enjoy the soothing setting! You can also dive into the private swimming pool (heated from the beginning of April to the end of September). <br><br>Parking is exclusively inside the property, where you have space to park up to three vehicles.<br><br>In order to preserve the tranquility of the neighbourhood, we thank you for not organising parties or events in the house or on the property. The accommodations are located in a residential area and respect for the peace and quiet of the residents is essential.<br><br>Pets are allowed with great pleasure. Please note that parties are not allowed.<br><br>Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:<br>- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night<br>- High chair: 10€ per night<br>- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night<br><br>To ensure that you make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: massage at home, home chef service, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, wine animation (wine testing + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental, shuttle, and much more. <br><br>Do not hesitate to contact us for any request before your stay.<br><br>Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels, bath mats and dish towels will be provided. We can also offer you the option of renting bathrobes, slippers, and pool towels at an additional cost.<br><br>Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.<br><br>Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm.
