Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING is ALLOWED in the property. There is a fenced in Backyard that can be used for smoking. A $250 surcharge for Smoking Inside.
No late check-outs unless otherwise agreed. A penalty fee will occur for every 30min past 11am for failure to comply.
No Smoking. No Parties or Events allowed. Please be Respectful of the neighborhood. - We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed the lovely home and the kindness of the owner. She was extremely responsive to any questions and it was very much appreciated. The property is very well-maintained, ADA-accessible, and even nicer in person than in the online pictures. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the basement laundry is helpful. The location is convenient to get to downtown Milwaukee as well as suburban areas. You couldn’t ask for a better host!
