Modern 900 sq. ft. studio with privacy curtains for bedroom situated on a 2 1/2 acre quiet setting with views of Keuka Lake. Minutes from Penn Yan and it's great restaurants, shops and the Outlet Trail. Lake access only minutes away at Red Jacket or Indian Pines Parks.
All new furnishings, CA king bed, large en-suite modern bathroom, gourmet Mennonite custom built kitchen and island, comfortable living room with flat screen smart TV, separate dining area, and outdoor deck. Fire pit and chairs to unwind at day’s end.

Wonderful stay. Cozy studio with quiet outdoor space to relax. Exactly as pictured, very clean and conveniently located. Host thought of all the little things, provided helpful recommendations and was very responsive.

The studio was absolutely beautiful. Connie and her husband were wonderful hosts and thought of everything. The king size bed was so comfy and the rain shower was great! We had such a great time celebrating our 2nd anniversary and look forward to coming back again.

Awesome place to stay

Gorgeous Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing long weekend in the finger lakes. Only made better by the accommodations we were able to enjoy each evening.

Visit to Penn Yan

The studio was immaculate and comfortable, with very nice towels and linens. We appreciated the coffee and tea provided. We were in Penn Yan for a 3 day getaway and really enjoyed the lovely, quiet property. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Keuka Getaway

The studio was beautiful! The lication is excellent and easy to get to anywhere you want to go on the lake. We were there to visit wineries, breweries, and distilleries.We came at night so it was hard to know where to go initiallbut the host r right away.

Spectacular Gem near lake!

Wow! What a cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment. The attention to detail and cleanliness did not go unnoticed. Owner even provided a bag of ground coffee. You can see a slice of the lake from the entranceporch and it’s close to Penn Yan, the Outlet Trail and 25 minutes to Geneva. Wewill try to come back in the fall. Thanks Connie!

High quality appliances. Drawers well stocked and very neatly arranged.

48 YEARS TOGETHER

IT IS A LOVELY BUNGALOW, THE CLEANEST AND MOST WELL APPOINTED VRBO WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE, KITCHEN PRISTINE AND ALL THE ESSENTIALS, OWNER VERY ACCOMODATING. THE ONLY THING WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH WAS THE WI-FI AND FIGURING OUT HOW TO GET ESPN, (THE YANKEES WERE PLAYING), BUT CONNIE RESPONDED QUICKLY WITH THE ANSWERS. THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR BUNGALOW!

Perfect Get Away Weekend

We stayed 2 nights at the studio (really wished we could have stayed longer!) The studio was spotless and beautifully decorated. Super comfy bed, great shower, and fully loaded kitchen! We had coffee on the porch with views of the lake and some early fall foliage. The studio was 5 minutes from the village of Penn Yan and the Keuka Outlet Trail which was great for running and biking. We were a few minutes away from some great local breweries and restaurants in the area and 25 minutes from Geneva. All in all the studio is in a perfect location with excellent amenities. We can't wait to go back !

Wonderful long weekend

Very nice place! Very simple check in and parking. We loved the style of this rental. Kitchen seemed to be fully stocked, although we didn’t make any food. Bed was very comfortable. Nice outdoor space. Penn Yan was a short drive and it was convenient to amenities. Road it is located on a relatively busy road - so driving is necessary. We were able to use a local wine tour company and be picked up and dropped off easily. Would recommend this space for future trips! Thank you!

Beautio Studio

Where to start? Maybe with the incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. Or the rain shower, big enough for a crowd. Maybe the high-end appliances, actually high-end everything...(I'm jealous of the Minke ceiling fan.) How about the comfort of the mini-split AC/Heater? Or the choice of coffee makers, drip or Keurig. Basically, as close to perfect as a Vrbo can be! Looking forward to returning on a warm day to enjoy the large yard.

My husband and I along with our Golden Retriever Cali , are all young at heart and eager to make your trip to the Finger Lakes the best possible. We previously were in the travel industry and love to share experiences while wanting to make your new adventures exciting, interesting and complete with relaxing time.

It's location at the top of Keuka Lake serves as a launching point to the quaint walking towns of Penn Yan, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, Geneva and Canandaigua.
Within 5 - 15 minutes drive you can enjoy 3 different beach areas, the most special being Keuka Lake State Park. There are 13 wineries around Keuka Lake and an additional 30 around neighboring Seneca Lake. Many hiking areas, the most famous being Watkins Glen State Park with it's gorge trails, but our gem in Penn Yan is the Keuka Outlet Trail, a mostly flat dirt and gravel path that runs for 7 miles from Penn Yan to Dresden (Seneca Lake) one way. You can access this trail with a 2 minute drive from the studio.

Sitting on the deck outside the studio you have a view of the lake, outdoor space and seating to enjoy the meal you've grilled, a hammock to nap in and a fire pit to end your day.
