Cocoonr offers this 300 m² house with an exceptional view located on the port of Doëlan, in the former Café du Port hotel, 200 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 13 people.

It comprises a 100 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms (with showers and baths). Sea view, wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 100 m² living room with a large bar opening onto a dining room with (decorative) fireplace,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and laundry area
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a trundle bed (sleeps two)
- Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower)
- Bathroom (with bath) and WC

2nd floor:
- A study area with a sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace on the ground floor, facing north-east, with furniture.
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace on the first floor, with a view of the port and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located on the port of Doëlan, with uninterrupted views and in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
