Beautiful duplex refurbished on the 2-3rd floor of a house of character in the hyper center of Villers (50m from the pedestrian street and 150m from the beach). Bright apartment with double exposure and open views in a quiet street.

The accommodations are located in the historic district, on the second floor
of a completely renovated old house.

The supply of linen is not included in the price of your rental.
To facilitate your stay I can book for you without any obligation
Bed linen: 15€ per bed
Bath kit: (bath towel- towel-hand towel-tea towel) €5 per person.
You will find the beds made on your arrival.
This optional service will be paid on site with the person who will welcome you.

To ensure complete cleanliness of the apartment, a sum of €70 will be requested for end-of-stay cleaning.

At the foot of your house everything is within walking distance, you are close to all the shops: bakeries, butchers, delicatessens, greengrocers, cheesemongers, wine merchants, newsagents, pharmacies, florists, gift shops, banks, post office, cafes, Carrefour Market, as well as many restaurants.
To entertain you: sailing club, tennis, mini-golf, casino, cinema and many events and festivals organized by the city during the summer period.

For your arrival and departure: possibility of unloading luggage in the private courtyard of the house, but not parking there.
If possible, prefer a Sunday departure.

No parking space but possibility of parking for free in the adjacent streets.

You access the house through a gate to be kept locked at all times, which opens onto the courtyard, then the front door of the house after three steps (to be kept locked too).PGJyPg
