I stayed here with seven of my family members for four nights, and we could not have been happier. The whole house was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the house, overall, was very comfortable. A warning to anyone with knee issues, however, there are a lot of stairs.

The walk to Commercial St. was very reasonable and there is a grocery store only a quarter-mile away. We will definitely rent here again if we come back!

Great location, great amenities and great space!

  • 5 of 5

I've rented this spot a few times and each time it has been a great experience. Norm, the landlord, is great and very easy to work with. The house is huge with a lovely open living space. The kitchen, along with the rest of the home, is very appointed. One is not lacking for anything when staying here. The location is quiet and surrounded by picturesque conservation lands. Though down a small path, the house is very close to Commercial St, the grocery store and beaches in the West End. Will continue to return as long as it's available to rent!

WONDERFUL house, perfect for a group of friends!!!

  • 5 of 5

I almost don't want to give away my secret in Ptown, but I gotta say, this house is awesome!!!

I work at a travel magazine and have been to hotels and resorts all over the world, but I'd so much rather spend time here than in any resort. It is such a wonderful luxury to relax with friends, cook, play music, and enjoy Ptown, and this house is the perfect place to do that. It is perfect for a group who want to spend time together (with or without kids - - I could see it being great with kids because of how the space is laid out on 3 floors). The central AC is great. You basically just walk in and start enjoying yourself right away - it's all set up for you.

The house is so close to town, but it has this great secluded feel down the secluded road just off Franklin St - best of both worlds. It is also a new house, surrounded by older ones, so you get the best of both there, too. The number of bathrooms plus the outdoor shower made it so nice when it comes to sharing with friends, as well as the big wide open spaces. You just don't get those in older houses, which have smaller rooms, less awesome kitchens.... One bonus of the location is that it's on the quieter side (West end) of town, and close to the beach, the grocery store, tennis courts, and the cutest wine store in the world, Perry's!

It is set up really well to cook, and our group loved that because Ptown restaurants can be hit or miss, and can have long lines. Almost every night our group had cocktail hour in the screened-in porch, then grilled on the big gas grill, enjoyed dinner in the huge dining room, and then played games or watched a movie in the enormous living space, or went into town. Sometimes it was a tough choice of whether to go out or stay in, because the house was so nice to be in!

If you want a party house on the carnival route, I don't recommend this place. But if you are looking to chill out and hang out with good friends, cook, listen to music, it is amazing!

Great Location - Not as far as you think....

  • 5 of 5

What a great place! We stayed there (four of us) for Carnival - one couple and two singles, and the place is HUGE, airy and spacious. No offense to the owners (who are GREAT) but the pics on here do NOT do it justice. We took some better ones that we will send (just kidding).

The main floor on top is big and spacious like an NYC loft, and is surrounded with windows and tons of light. There is a big 50 inch flat screen with killer sound system and seating for 8 at the dining room table as well as comfy seating and a large couch with chaise. We had a bunch of friends over one night and EVERYONE commented on what a great house it was. They kept asking if we owned it, and I had to say "no, unfortunately" with a frown.

The A/C was great! Each floor has its own central air and the bathrooms are all brand new with travertine tile. The showers are full size with full glass doors (3 baths in all). Now the view is great. The front of the house is off a sandy dead-end path where there is a lot of traffic for people accessing the campground just beyond it, as well as some nice houses set into the trees. We all felt like the front of the house was more like Fire Island Pines than PTown as it was set into the woods...but the back was ALL PTown..overlooking the conservation lands and pond. At night the path was dark but people were around and we used flashlight apps on our iPhones. What was great was walking down the dark path and the coming around the bend to this big beautiful lit up house.

You don't have to worry about any amenities either. They have everything. This place could easily fit 8 people, but we were only 4 and loved it.

I definitely hope to return!

Perfect Vacation Home!

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriends and I just returned from a wonderful stay in PTown. We had our 3 little'uns with us (20 months old) so we were a little nervous about sleeping arrangements/privacy etc but we need not have worried as this house is perfect for anyone's needs!

It has 3 beautifully furnished, clean, modern levels of living. Each bedroom basically has it's own bathroom plus there is a half bath in the living area. The deck off the living area is the perfect place to spend the evening sipping some vino (which we did every night almost as soon as we put the babies to bed!)

I usually hate cooking in vacation homes as they are never stocked with any of the utensils/cookware etc that you need but this place has more and better quality stuff than my own home...

It is just a short walk to the main street in PTown and to the large stop & shop and liquor store. We also found a great little playground close by that the kids LOVED as the ground cover was sand - what a novelty!

We will certainly be back next year!

Perfect getaway from NYC

  • 5 of 5

Just got back from a great mini-vacation in Provincetown with 6 of my best gf's! We could not have been happier with this house! Right when we walked in we were in awe of the open space and the modern, clean look this house has. Plus, although we brought a lot of things (just in case since we were driving), the house is stocked VERY nicely.

Upon our estimated time of arrival I received a text message from the homeowner, making sure we had all arrived safely and that things were in working order. Small things like that make a huge difference, and there is always an open line of communication if a question pops in your head.

This was our first time to Provincetown, and we had a blast! The house is in walking distance to Commerical Street so we left our cars at the house the majority of the time. And the dogs! My only wish would be that the rental be open to dogs since PTown is so dog Ollie would have LOVED it! The people, the dogs, the fresh air, and the wildlife! We saw little bunnies sitting in the middle of the private road the house was on...and we sat in our cars and waited for them to hop to the side and into the bush. The amazing amount of patience and lack of stress we were able to exude is testimony to this place! We are trying to put together an annual trip out there!

Being from NYC, my friends and I were looking to relax and not deal with the craziness of most vacation spots. Most nights were spent in, working on this insane Button jigsaw puzzle that made us cross-eyed but we were OBSESSED! Without a doubt I definitely recommend this home as a wonderful getaway spot! Thanks a bunch!
