Ruhiges Haus

Villa Nina ist ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus. Der Garten ist faktisch uneinsehbar, rund um den Pool ist viel - sehr angenehmer - Naturschatten. Zufahrt erfolgt hinter einem Haus von der Straße her (am besten im Internet auf einer Karte vorher ansehen, dann ist es kein Problem). 2 Klimaanlagen (oben und unten) funktionieren sehr gut, schöner Pool, der auch (komplett aus Stein) hundetauglich ist. 2 Bäder, 3 SZ, schönes Wohnzimmer und großer Esstisch in der Küche. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Strand (ca. 10-15 minuten, je nachdem, wohin und wie schnell man unterwegs ist) und in der Nähe von vielen guten Restaurants. Ganz in der Nähe "Samy´s Ranch" mit Quads, Pferden und Paintball. Am Strand viele schöne Geschäfte und Boote zum Ausleihen. sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in kurzer Distanz (Pula, Permentura - wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet mit vielen Buchten zum Herumwandern

Schönes Haus

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Nina. Ein schöner Pool, großes Grundstück und alles da, was man braucht. Lediglich die Hollywood Schaukel war etwas lädiert und die Kaffeemaschine hat etwas gedauert. Aber grundsätzlich war es für alle ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Schönes Haus

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Nina. Ein schöner Pool, großes Grundstück und alles da, was man braucht. Lediglich die Hollywood Schaukel war etwas lädiert und die Kaffeemaschine hat etwas gedauert. Aber grundsätzlich war es für alle ein schöner Aufenthalt.
