Enter through the private gate to Sunsets & Serenity to find your carport complete with your bay front patio. A new Weber grill, adirondack chairs, picnic table, plus your own pair of kayaks (feet from the warm waters) also await for exploring the beautiful bay. Up the steps, enter to your welcoming living room where South Park, Colorado meets Perdido Bay.

Immediately, you will view the stunning bay front from the balcony oversized sliding door. The cozy living room with Smart TV, Charter Cable, DVD player and secure high speed wifi is open to your dining area, breakfast bar, & spacious well equipped kitchen complete with everything needed to whip up whatever cuisine you like. A powder room with your washer and dryer are located nearby.

Two nicely sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two full bathrooms are located up the stairs on the third floor. Delight in your spacious suite featuring huge sliding doors leading out to your second private bay front balcony with two loungers. Sweet dreams await with a queen premium memory foam mattress, another Smart TV, and the en suite bathroom features a long vanity with double sinks.
