The Perdido Key Coves neighborhood has a deeded beach walkover to a quiet beach, which is part of Perdido Key State Park. There is no street parking, so the beach is practically private. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, granite countertops, beer/wine fridge, and all the cookware needed to craft homemade meals. There is a separate dining area and breakfast bar, perfect for hosting a family game night or a sit-down meal together. The comfy living area offers a Smart TV, for catching up on your favorite binge-worthy TV shows. The interior of the home is comfortably set up with a large primary and secondary bedroom and two full baths on the third floor. The house was redone with bead board walls to give it that cottage feel. The only thing it's missing is you! The first floor has a dock, grill, porch swing, outdoor fire pit, and fenced in side yard for the kids to play.
