Classic and Romantic, Private furnished villa for 4 people. The property is located in the urbanization La Fustera, about 5 minutes drive from Calpe, in the direction of Moraira. The Benissa beach is about 600 m and the beaches in Calpe about 5 minutes. A supermarket and several restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Other shops are located in Calpe, for example, a Lidl and Aldi about 5 minutes drive from the house. The airport in Alicante is about 80 km, to Valencia about 150 km. Benidorm is about 25 km away, to Moraira is 8 km. The property is located in a quiet, quiet side street with its own driveway.

The house itself is a one-story building with a walk-in roof terrace. On the property there is a closed parking space for the guests. The property has 1 bathroom with laundry, toilet and shower, and a separate guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The outdoor pool has a non-visible outdoor shower with hot / cold water. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m and a 1.40 m prepared double bed. In-wall wardrobes are available in both bedrooms. There is also a living room, a kitchen and a dining room with great access to the outdoor terrace. Umbrellas and outdoor seating for 10 people are available. Likewise, a solid masonry barbecue, directly on the terrace available. The kitchen refrigerator also has a large freezer with 4 drawers. Air conditioning hot / cold is available in the living room and the two bedrooms, as well as a gas oven and electric radiator for the winter. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains in the background. The sun terrace and the pool are located facing south, it is from morning to sunset sun. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate outdoor area and adjoin a laundry drying area with a clothes dryer. The property is completely fenced, children can practically walk alone.

Sehr schöne Wohnung! Der Pool war einfach fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war immer sehr gut und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Check in und Check out war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Alles zusammen können wir nur gutes Feedback geben und es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal an die Besitzer und an die Hausverwalterin.

Unser wundervoller Urlaub startete mit dem herzlichen Empfang von Frau Regina. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und alle Informationen erklärt. Das Haus hat einen großzügigen gepflegten Außenbereich und auch im Haus war es sehr sauber. An Ausstattung fehlte wirklich nichts. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Semaine agréable

La maison et la piscine sont très agréables. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, heureusement qu'il y a la clim, les températures en été avec le taux d'humidité sont infernales. Attention a ne pas trop utiliser la clim, car vous dépasser très rapidement le forfait électricité, même en faisant très attention. La cuisine est très pratique, on y trouve tout ce sont on a besoin. La piscine est extrêmement agréable. La literie est confortable également.

Séjour magnifique

C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous rendons à la casa Alice et nous avons passé un sejour fantastique. La maison est situé au calme avec une une vue magnifique. La maison est super bien équipée et je remercie fortement les propriétaires pour ce confort qu'ils nous offrent. La nouvelle cuisine est super belle et fonctionnelle. La casa Alice est une maison où on se send chez soi et en sécurité. Elle m'avait beaucoup manqué et mes petite filles on adoré leurs vacances. Nous reviendrons certainement. L'acceuil était parfait. Nous conseillons cette maison les yeux fermé.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances la maison est très bien équipée dans la cuisine il ne manque rien !! parfait !! climatisation dans les chambres douche extérieur au top !! Nos ha encantado la estancia. La casa estupenda, limpia y cuidada con todo el menaje que se pueda necesitar. En la piscina genial y con aire acondicionado para los días más calurosos. Zona muy tranquila, cerca de Calpe. Nos recibieron muy bien y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, muy amables. Repetiriamos sin dudar :-).

Wir hatten den Wunsch von einem Haus mit Pool am Meer und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffenDANKE

Das Haus von Achim und seiner Familie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unkomplizierter Checkin (Merci dear Katja ;-), unkomplizierter Check out, alles da was man sich wünscht, was man braucht um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Ein sauberes Haus, mit WLAN und Autoabstellplatz, 2 Griller, 1 Pool, 3 Sonnenschirme, 3 Klimaanlagen und alles ist top!! Mehr noch: viel Liebe zum Detail und Kleinigkeiten an die man nicht denkt sich aber wünschen würde wären sie nicht schon einfach da: 2 Säcke Eiswürfel im Gefrierfach, Küche mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet, 1 Waschmaschine, 2 Duschen (1 Outdoor ), 2 Toiletten,… 1000 Möglichkeiten seinen Aufenthalt zu genießen… um ehrlich zu sein hatten wir einige Pläne die Gegend zu erkunden - aber die Gemütlichkeit und die Privatsphäre ließen uns die meiste Zeit am Pool verweilen. Einziges Problem… wie sind jetzt verwöhnt… der Standard den wir in Achims Haus vorfanden, wird schwer sein wiederzufinden… Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! 1001 Dank!

Vacances géniale et maison vraiment superbe, propre, pratique et chaleureuse.

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques et magiques. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très correctes. La maison est dans un cadre vert et tranquille. Bien situé au calme pour des vacances reposantes et paisibles. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux petites filles, elles ont adoré et tout est pratique dans la maison et sécurisé. La piscine est magnifique et assez grande pour la famille. Propreté excellente. L'air conditionné dans toutes les chambres et le salon nous ont apporté beaucoup de confort ainsi que les moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. La cuisine est super bien équipée. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit de la maison était splendide. La plage à 5min en voiture était vraiment très belle avec restaurant, parking. Plusieurs petites plages dans les environs et nous étions vraiment pas loin de calpe où se trouve les grandes plages, magasins, supermarché. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de la maison et la recommandons vivement. Un grand merci aux propriétaires car nous avons passé des vacances parfaites.
