On a private 40-hectare estate, this 35 m² detached house (formerly a cabin) is located 250 m from the owners' house and 100 m from another gîte. It comprises: - Kitchen - 1 Bedroom with 1 140x190 cm bed - 1 Bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds - Shower room (walk-in shower)/WC Access via a 500 m dirt road. - Garden - 25 m² covered terrace with sea views of the Bay of Ancona and the mountains - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Parking - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Freezer compartment - Television in the bedroom - Wi-Fi - If the cleaning option is not suscribed, a €80 deposit will be required. Traditional cottage on a 40-hectare estate!
