In the small village Kapelica, not far from Labin, is located this beautiful semi-detached house. The upper floor is reached via an interior staircase. The house consists of two separate apartments. Swim your laps in the pool and experience pure swimming fun with your loved ones. Visit the nearby picturesque town of Labin and the resort of Rabac, which will delight you with its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. From here you can also make some excursions by boat and in the evening walk along the beautiful promenade, visiting souvenir stores, bars and restaurants.
