JL 310: Beauty at the beach, so much fun!

**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
This upper level 2 bedroom 1.5 bath luxury condo has been completely redecorated and is located at Jacobs Landing in Birch Bay. The owners of this property have made sure you have all the comforts of home and then some while enjoying your time away at the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. The living area is tastefully decorated to include smart flat screen TV, the couch has a queen size hida-bed, electric fireplace in the living room and also has a dedicated work station in the living room as well. The small deck off of the front has a nice view of the water. The second deck, is off of the bedroom which is located off a quiet greenbelt side with comfortable deck furnishings nestled around your private propane fire table. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double over double bunk bed, and flat screen TV for the kids to enjoy along with a 1/2 bath. Come and enjoy this wonderful beach location and make it your best vacation yet! Centrally located in the heart of Birch Bay where you are only a short walk to the beach and all the fun activities the locals have to offer. Enjoy the clubhouse with indoor pool, game room, racquetball and outside tennis courts.
During your stay this property offers complimentary Wi-Fi. NO CABLE but there is a smart TV so you can stream all your favorite apps.
