Holidays in a quiet atmosphere
The apartment is located in a well-kept residential area in a dead end. Approximately 3 km from the center and main beach away, with beautiful panoramic views over the adjacent mountains. From the Peñon de Ifach over the Sierra Bernia to the Sierra Aitana.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living room that has direct access to the terrace of 100 sqm2. The living room has a sofa bed for a third person. A private pool (10m long) with outdoor shower and barbecue area. There are various seating areas and sun loungers in the Mediterranean garden. Parking in front of the house.
Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included. Free Wi-Fi, hairdryer. Washing machine in the garage on request.
Max. Three persons. Air conditioning in the bedroom optional zubuchbar for 25 euros a week. No animals. Children from 10 years.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an inhabited two-storey house with separate access. I live with my husband on the first floor.

Moraira a former fishing village, which could preserve its charm. No skyscrapers or crowds. Restaurants and cafes nestle in the small streets, crystal clear water splashes on fine sandy beaches. The underwater world invites you to snorkel. Be enchanted by this unique place on the Costa Blanca. Despite the low rainfall, the landscape here turns green all year round.

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely week at this apartment. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The outside garden, patio and pool areas are fantastic, with so many different seating areas to choose from! The pool is sparkling clean and the views from the property are beautiful. The hosts are very friendly and helpful... thank you Birgit and Anastas for our great holiday!

Unsere 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung war ideal für 2 Personen mit einer herrlich großen Terrasse und einem großen Pool. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Pool und die Gartenanlagen von den Vermietern selbst sehr gepflegt. Auch die ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse einer separaten Urbanisation war sehr angenehm. Entfernung bis zum Stadtzentrum ca. 3 km. Wir haben uns dort bei unserem Urlaubsaufenhalt und den netten Vermietern sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Vermieter sind quasi jederzeit erreichbar und bieten gerne Tipps und Hilfestellungen.Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Die ausführliche Einweisung ließ keine Fragen offen.

mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht

goed verblijf mooi uitzicht. minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn: 20 treden op voor de ingang en in het huis ook 3 treden tussen keuken en zitkamer. werkelijk alles is aanwezig. zitgedeelte eetgedeelte redelijk. zwembad niet verwarmd. Duitse eigenaars vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. wonen separaat boven.

Für uns war es perfekt

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Anwesen von Birgit und Anastas. Alles war so, wie es vorher beschrieben war. Insoweit kann man auf die Fotos verweisen, alles ist so wie abgebildet; also "Platz ohne Ende" für 2 Personen. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist einwandfrei, das gilt auch für die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung. Geschirr und Besteck sind für 2 Personen überreichlich vorhanden. Der Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank ist sehr groß und funktioniert einwandfrei und leise. Die Klimanalage haben wir nicht genutzt, uns haben die ebenfalls vorhandenen Ventilatoren ausgereicht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der nur den Mietern der Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung steht. Birgit und Anastas wohnen im 1. Obergeschoss des Hauses. Sie waren stets freundlich und kommunikativ, haben auch Tipps für Ausflüge und Ähnliches parat, soweit man das möchte.

Peaceful, convenient & relaxing

Thanks to our hosts, everything was just as expected. The apartment is self-contained in the lower storey of their house; they live above. Sole use of the huge SW terrace below & the large pool above the house provides ample privacy, but Birgit & Anastas (?) are available if required. The apartment itself is spacious & well-equipped, large bedroom, shower is good - much nicer than it looks in the photo! The only thing we didn’t like was the stretchy material of the bottom bedsheet - we would have preferred plain cotton in hot conditions - although 2 single duvets was a good idea.
