Enjoy watching the kids play in the lake from your own private beach. The water is shallow, about 3 feet deep. Perfect for younger kids. Two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks are available for your use during your stay. Life jackets are also available. Whatever your desire, you will find it here!

Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard. Front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code.

We give our guests space but are available during your stay for any of your needs. Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. Our goal is to make sure you have the BEST experience. Don’t hesitate to book…you won't be disappointed! Pets are welcome but require additional fee. PLEASE MAKE THIS KNOWN AT BOOKING.

Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.

STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Once the property is inspected after your departure, the hold will be released. If you have questions, please contact us before booking for more details.

For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has Ring cameras that monitor the front and rear exterior of the property. All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 14 guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
