The Suites at Lava Hot Springs offer beautifully remodeled accommodations in a modernized historic building, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Lava Hot Springs. Our thoughtfully updated two-bedroom suite provides ample space for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Living room with a queen-size pullout sofa sleeper and cable TV
A full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and essentials—a guest favorite!
A dining area with a table accomodating 6 people.
Private bathrooms featuring a bathtub/shower combo and hairdryer
This suite is the perfect home base for enjoying Lava’s World-Famous Hot Pools, floating the Portneuf River, or exploring the Olympic Pool & Water Park. With restaurants, shops, and bars all within a 5-minute walk, you’ll have easy access to everything Lava Hot Springs has to offer.

Important Booking Information
After reserving your suite, you will receive an additional email from our booking platform, OwnerRez, to complete your rental agreement and secure a $200 hold for incidentals. This hold is released after 7 days, provided there are no issues.

Well priced and good location

Walking distance from the hot springs was awesome, just be aware that one of the bedrooms doesn't have any windows and can trigger some claustrophobia if that is something you are sensitive to. Also the bar next door can be heard until about 12 each night playing music.

Unfortunately we do share a wall with the bar next door, as mentioned in our listing, and they can be loud especially on the weekends. We are hoping to increase the soundproof barrier of our suites as we update and remodel. The window issue is not something I've addressed before, so I do appreciate your feedback on this and apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced. About half of our suites have bedrooms without windows and if you were to come again I would recommend our corner suites 5 and 10. Hopefully with an update to our listing future guest wont have this problem. Thank you for coming and for the great feedback. Safe travels.

Vrbo had an incorrect phone number so we didn’t get the owners code to the door. But we called the owner and she took care of everything and got us in the room apartment. We were 1/2 a block from downtown down so we were able to walk almost everywhere. Restaurants were great and a large variety of foods, Thai, family restaurants, pizza, Rogue, etc. 2 grandmas and two grandsons. We loved the ice cream shop and the eclectic shops. We had a wonderful visit with our grandsons before school started. The big pool and the water slides were a big hit.

Such a cute spot with wonderful touches! Great location, right off the main strip. There is a mart right across the street with anything you need. Everything is in a short walking distance. The owner is very caring and immediately responds.

We are a young family of 6. Our family has always enjoyed going on outdoor adventures. For the past few years we have explored various National Parks. Lava Hot Springs is one of the Hidden Gems that we fell in love with along the way.

Why they chose this property

Although being natives to southeast Idaho we didn't become enamored with Lava Hot Springs until searching for a family cabin. We happened to come across this building and thought it wasn't quite a cabin but we could see making and sharing many memories with our family and friends here.

What makes this property unique

Everything is walkable from here. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property. Full size kitchens/fridges are a guest favorite. Pool towels are available in each unit as well.
