A small, fully renovated and newly furnished holiday apartment on a courtyard in Lübeck's old town at the end of 2017. Super centrally located and yet very quiet.

Surrounded by numerous, within walking distance to destinations such as Holsten Gate, Holy Spirit Hospital, the large brick churches. The well-known museums such as Hansemuseum, Behnhaus and St.-Annen Museum are also in the immediate vicinity.

The Willy-Brand-Haus, Günter-Gras-Haus and the Buddenbrookhaus belonging to the Mann family can be reached in a few minutes.

Hüxstrasse and the pedestrian zone invite you to shop, the old town is teeming with bars, restaurants and clubs for all tastes and budgets.

The Baltic Sea and Ostholstein are just around the corner, Trave and Wakenitz can be explored by boat or excursion boat.

Charming little apartment in the heart of the Altstadt Lubeck! It is super quiet, private and would not hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone looking to stay in Lubeck. Will definitely stay here again the next time!

De locatie is perfect. De accommodatie is rustig en ruim. De inrichting straalt rust uit. Het is even wennen aan de verhoogde woonkamer maar met de verlichting is het duidelijk te zien. Je kunt de auto niet voor de deur parkeren maar wel laden en lossen. Dat is verder geen probleem. Sven is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas konden wij i.v.m. met het weer niet buiten zitten maar de tuin is heel erg mooi en goed verzorgd.

ruhig aber zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Der große Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem sehr engen Sanitärbereich, aber mit Dusche, verbunden. Die Wohnung ist stets kühl. Im Winter reicht die Heizleistung nicht aus. Da die Unterkunft in einem Hinterhof liegt, ist sie ruhig und der Aufenthalt ungestört.

Bad sehr eng. Türen schließen nur mit Druck. Staub- und Spinnennetze in den Räumen sollten besser entfernt werden. Fernsehempfang sehr schlecht, ständige Unterbrechungen. Vermieter musste erst über Mieter und Agenturen mehrfach aufgefordert werden Kontaktdaten zu schicken.

Ruhige, sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet im Hinterhof, daher sehr ruhig. Parterre, aber nucht barrierefrei und mit Dachschräge (kleiner Nachteil mit viel Charme). Zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Fußläufig zur wunderschönen Altstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem sonnigen Hinterhof. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen und die Lage ist ideal für alle Unternehmungen in der Lübecker Altstadt- egal, ob man shoppen, einfach nur spazierengehen oder ob man auf kulturelle und kulinarische Entdeckungsreisen gehen möchte.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt, ruhig im Hinterhof. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet aber relativ kalt. Bei uns war, anders als bei den meisten vorherigen Bewertungen, der Check In-Vorgang sehr dürftig (weder herzlich noch mit ausreichenden Infos) und die Wohnung auch nicht super sauber (aber okay). In die verkehrsberuhigte Altstadt darf man nicht mal zum ausladen mit dem Auto fahren. Wenn man es doch macht, wird man sofort vom Ordnungsamt, das 100m entfernt sitzt, angesprochen und verwarnt. Das war etwas nervig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Traum-Lage

Wir haben unsere knappe Woche in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Am besten hat uns die unmittelbare Nähe zur Hüx- und Fleischerhauerstraße gefallen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Lübeck und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt (und dennoch absolut ruhig) war perfekt für uns, die Wohnung sauber und modern eingerichtet. Tolle Küche mit guter Ausstattung, dazu ein netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, absolut ruhig und das mitten in der Stadt. Alles sehenswerte ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts. Handwasch, Filtertüten, Gewürze - um nur ein paar Dinge zu nennen. Sauber, mit vielen liebevoll ausgesuchten Kleinigkeiten "lebenswert" gemacht. Schöner Freisitz. Es gibt eine Liste auf der alles das vermerkt ist, was man braucht: Bäcker, Gastronomie, usw. Unser nächster Besuch in Lübeck - auf jeden Fall wieder hier!

Im Herzen von Lübeck

Wir waren Ende August für 1 Woche in Lübeck. Nach einer langen Fahrt wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen von den Vermietern und haben unsere Ferienwohnung bezogen. Diese liegt ganz ruhig in einem Hinterhof und verfügt über einen Freisitz den man nutzen kann. Die sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit offenem Wohn-Schlafraum aber separater Küche und Bad hat alles was man braucht. Parken kann man 8min Fußweg entfernt in der Kanalstrasse für ca. 6 Euro am Tag. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super man kann perfekt zu diversen Streifzügen durch Lübecks schöne Strassen starten, Einkaufsmöglickeiten, Restaurants alles in Laufnähe. Wir würden wieder dort buchen und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt in der Stadtmitte gelegen. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber, erwähnenswert ist auch der ganz tolle Hinterhofgarten. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
