Totally unique experience. Enjoy this 3 BR (3 KING BEDS) showpiece. The main floor has a huge Greatroom (living, dining, kitchen) and two bedrooms. Custom tile, mosaics, and murals throughout. Vaulted ceilings with huge windows let the light stream through the space. Upstairs is the private master suite w/ Jacuzzi tub and private deck out in the shade of a beautiful oak tree. 150 sq/ft brick patio & 600 sq/ft covered patio w/ 4 skylights. Gorgeous landscaping and mature palms all around.

Excellent space and location. Very good host! We were able to have a nice get together after a soccer tournament here and invite our friends. They all had a nice time using the outdoor space and the pool.

Great quiet location, family friendly!

We enjoyed staying at this home, used the pool frequently with the kids and enjoyed most of the days on the back patio under the fans enjoying the Florida days and nights. All of the bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of amenities close by. Would definitely recommend staying at this peaceful relaxing home.

Love Me A Tropical Chalet!

Every decorative detail, including the little animals tracks imprinted into the floor tiling, of the Tropical Chalet speaks of comfort for all who stayed there!! Our vacation week felt like home away from home! Loved it and hope to return again one day!!

Charming Chalet

Very charming and cozy home. Owners were extremely accommodating. Lived nearby. The beds were the lost comfortable beds we ever slept on! Also, recommended wonderful babysitter for my grandchildren so we could all attend a wedding. Hope to return one day!

My family and I entirely enjoyed our trip. We were in town for my son’s wedding. There were 7 adults and 2 children. The home was the perfect size for us. The rooms were spacious. The outside spaces were great. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay

Certainly one of the best equipped homes we’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything. There was extra to, paper towels, spices, etc etc. Tv in great room both downstairs bedrooms (we never used the upstairs bedroom. Wonderful patio with tv and above ground pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Charming Cottage

This cottage has a ton of charm. It was bright, airy, and comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need for a stay away. Especially those item you forget to bring or don’t think you will need. My entire family was very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The owner was particularly responsive and communicative. We had check in calls prior to arrival and shortly after to ensure all was ok. I would definitely recommend this cottage to a friend or two.

This property has everything you need and then some! All you need to pack is your clothes! The beds are the most comfy I’ve slept in. The host is very accommodating, friendly and just an all around sweet lady. She definitely made our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay at a tropical chalet!

My wife and I, along with two other couples stayed at this lovely tropical chalet over a weekend for a wedding and could not have been happier. Andrew and Kathy were great and quick to answer any questions I had. The house is fantastic and a well stocked with anything we needed. Hope to get to come back for longer next time!

April 2022 Stay

This property is amazing! Kathy and her son, Andrew, are extremely attentive to detail. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I couldn't find the iron, but Kathy had one there in 5 minutes! This property was perfect for my family of 5 and our pups! She even had coffee and M&M's for us, lol. Water was in the fridge incase we wanted some, plenty of ice. The home had beautiful decorations. 3 bedrooms - all with King beds; in addition outside the upstairs bedroom was a day bed for another person. Upstairs there was a deck that adjoined the bedroom. Everything was done just so. Very convenient location to stores and only 12 minutes to the beach! I have family near here so I hope to use this property time and again! I give it 5 stars!!!

Why they chose this property

Situated in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, you park in the private driveway, walk up the brick walkway under the queen palm trees, and onto the charming front porch. Enter the home into a massive great room with vaulted ceilings, and sunlight streaming through the glass on all sides, creating a feeling of being in a tropical hideaway. This unique chalet has custom tile throughout, mosaic details on the floor, and multiple full-wall murals. Each of the 3 bedrooms features KING beds. There is an extra twin bed in the indoor balcony area as well. The living room, Dining room, and Kitchen are all connected to create a wonderful social space for everyone. A charming spiral staircase leads you to the master suite on the top floor, complete with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. This area has french doors leading out to a private deck overlooking the beautiful scenery. The covered porch is 600 square feet with skylights, there is a separate brick patio surrounded by flowering trees and has another eating area and lounge chairs. There are too many things to list. All the dishware, cookware, towels, etc you need. :)
