About this property

The apartment is located in the listed Arne-Jacobsen settlement. A modern yet cozy apartment awaits you with everything you need to relax. You have a wonderful view of the picturesque marina and are after only a few meters on the beautiful sandy beach. Our apartment is located directly between the south beach with the beautiful beach promenade and the marina you have a magnificent view of the marina. Restaurants and breakfast options are right outside the door. Long walks on the beach, adventure playgrounds for children and various sports facilities for sailors, surfers, anglers etc. are nearby. A Boostverleih is located directly at the harbor. An indoor swimming pool, spa facilities and a mini golf course are also available. Shopping opportunities are available both on the south beach as well as in the 5 minutes (by car) away center castle numerous. Another attraction is one of Europe's largest marine aquariums with adult sharks.

Apartment on the south beach:
The apartment is modern and at the same time comfortably furnished. It has a combined living room and bedroom. In this you can expect a large bed, a comfortable couch (sofa bed) overlooking the marina, of course, a TV and a dining area. A small but well-equipped kitchen and a shower room are also part of the apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Super für einen Kurztrip

Es gab an unserem Apartment nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter hat super funktioniert, das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich und die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Man kann super alles zu Fuß erreichen. Egal ob Fahrradverleih, Strand, Strandbar oder die Stadt Burg, alles ist direkt vor Ort. Die Parkplatzsituation könnte ein wenig besser beschrieben werden, aber das ist wirklich nichts dramatisches. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Betten waren mit Holzlatten und Rollmatratze ausgestattet und völlig durchgelegen. Von der Sauberkeit in dem Apartment war nur oberflächlich die Rede . Heizung im Bad ohne Funktion, Gardinen im Wohnbereich konnten nicht zugezogen werden wegen Brandgefahr. Bei Wind fiel im Bad das Lüftungsgitter aus der Wand. Steckdose im Bad ohne Funktion. Der Tisch im Wohnbereich noch genauso wackelig wie vor zwei Jahren. Duschen war nur erschwert möglich da das Warmwassergerät nicht richtig funktioniert. Entweder zu heiss oder zu kalt. Von der Sauberkeit der Dusche ganz zu schweigen. Kalk aus Uhrzeiten an Fliesen und Duschkopf . Die Beleuchtung im Bad war ein etwas besseres Teelicht . Der Teppich im Wohnbereich ist auch von sauber weit entfernt. Alles in allem war das absolut unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Nicht nochmal !!!!
