Its unfortunate that your experience this time around left your wife with a bug bite. This has never been an issue however please remember the property is located on a tropical island were there are insects or bugs which can enter the apartment through open doors or windows. I will ensure the apartment has an exterminator sent in to access your claims and resolve the issue if there is one. There certainly are no bed bugs.
