The BerlinCityHouse is a former turn-around remise from the turn of the century, which in the years 2016/17 has been completely renovated and extended lovingly and is now available for rent for the first time. It has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.

The Townhouse is located in a quiet backyard. The listed front building was completely renovated in 2015 and is an architectural gem in Prenzlauer Berg.

High-quality materials such as tiles and ceramics in the bathroom, concrete floors in the rooms and a modern new decor characterize the character of the small coach house. All rooms are bright and modern. A subsequent small garden with a terrace invite you for breakfast and to end the evening.

You have sole access to all areas!

Amenities include complimentary NESPRESSO capsules and tea, high-quality towels, linens and new kitchen equipment. To be always informed on holiday, the house is equipped with TV and WIFI. A cot can be provided on request.

Restaurants, pubs, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The perfect place for your trip to the capital.

The Berlin City House is officially approved as a holiday apartment.

This was a great house! We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was wonderful. it was nice to be able to get out of the city center and come back to an actual neighborhood. The way the house is located makes it incredibly safe. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Amazing retreat

The location meant no street noises at night, which is great. Linens were excellent quality. Many excellent restaurants and stores just steps away.

Great location and rustic vibe to stay in

Great property, very interesting design and interior, lots of nice magazines and fully equiped kitchen, was nice to find skin care products and nice big comfy bed. There was a bit cold because radiators did not heat up and shampoo and bath soap was missing but other than that it was great

Amazing house in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Berlin

The house is perfect for a couple of people to explore the best that Berlin has to offer. The surrounding neighborhood is extremely beautiful and quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a couple's getaway or honeymoon. Perfect for a life changing travel experience.

Visiting Berlin

The property is located close to public transportation and several restaurants. Julius was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The property was very clean and as represented online. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property in fabulous neighbourhood

Perfect property in great neighbourhood. Lots of great bars and restaurants in the area. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of little personal touches. Very comfortable bed great bathroom. Property is locked in a lovely peaceful courtyard, perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Great communication with julius. Look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful Stay, Excellent Location!

We fell in love with Berlin and we loved returning each afternoon to our stay before heading out again for the evening. The amazing little house sits inside the courtyard of a renovated building, in the Prenzlauer neighborhood, near cafes, restaurants and several tram stops/lines. We had everything we needed from a kitchen with espresso machine, a comfortable bed, modern clean spaces, a big bathroom with shower and even a comfortable cot (in the living room) for our pre-teen son. The apartment is gorgeous and just right for our stay in Berlin! Thank you, Julius!

Best place in Berlin!

This place is as beautiful as it looks! We could not have been happier to snag this booking for our few days in Berlin. Julius was very communicative throughout our stay and was very clear on instructions to access the space. We truly had a wonderful stay, cannot recommend this place enough!

Hier passt alles! Wir durften 5 Tage in diesem tollen Appartement verbringen. Nach anstrengenden, eindrucksvollen Touren durch Berlin konnten wir uns in der Wohnung bestens erholen, die kleine Terrasse ist ein kleines "Extra-Schmankerl", die Hinterhoflage sorgt für viel Ruhe und man ist trotzdem "mittendrin" (gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffis). Es gibt alles, was man für einen Städtetrip so braucht und sogar ein bisschen mehr. Die Kommunikation mit Julius verlief problemlos. Also: Wenn ein Berlin-Aufenthalt, dann hier!

Exceptional stay in Berlin!

My wife and I accord Julius' townhouse the best possible rating. It is a beautiful and exceptionally well-appointed property. The check-in process was very simple and accommodating, and we felt warmly welcomed by the assortment of goodies, including beer and chocolates, that Julius left for us. The townhouse was spotless, with lots of thoughtful touches to help us settle in and feel comfortable after our long day of travel to Berlin. We slept exceptionally well, as the townhouse is insulated from the noise of the city because it is situated in the courtyard of an older apartment building. The property is located within easy walking distance to numerous public transit stops (metro and tram), and there are plenty of restaurants and grocers nearby, as well as a bakery directly across the street from the main entrance to the apartment building. Although we did not meet Julius personally, he was immediately responsive in all communications with him, and he provided us well in advance of our arrival in Berlin all the information we needed to ensure a smooth check in and to help us enjoy our stay. This property is ideal for a couple who want to enjoy easy, ready access to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and the metro, but who also want quiet lodgings in a safe neighborhood. We enthusiastically recommend the property without hesitation!

A gem!

Our recent stay couldn’t have been better. The property was very charming and tucked away— a peaceful oasis in the big city. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Plus, we loved the location with so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby. Julius was a gracious and accommodating host. I would strongly recommend staying here!

Prenzlauer Kiez pur

Eine super Alternative Berlin im Kiez zu erleben Die Lage der schönen Remise im Kiez „Prenzlauer Berg“ ist optimal zur Erkundung des Kiez ( Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, etc.) nette Cafés und Restaurants für jeglichen Geschmack sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in alle Richtungen beweglich. Unterstellung der Fahrräder im Hof möglich. Tram und U-Bahn in der Nähe. Die Remise ist eine wunderbare Alternative zum Hotel. Viel Komfort - gute Ausstattung und die Lage im Innenhof trägt zur Erholung vom Trubel der Großstadt bei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden es weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank lieber Julius.

Schmuckstück im Prenzlauer Berg

Wer eine exclusive Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung sucht, wird sich in der Remise von Julius sehr wohlfühlen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in einem schönen Hinterhof- und doch ist man mitten im quirligen Prenzlauer Berg!
