4 Br 3.5 baths Towne Home Driggs Idaho. Close to skiing, Jackson Hole, GTNP, YNP

From January 2 to April 15 2024 weekend special is two nights regular rate and then the third night half price. Ski shuttle to Grand Targhee stops right outside our unit to pickup and deliver ($2 each way). Don't fight the parking.

1.5 hrs to Yellowstone NP, 35-45 min to Teton NP via Jackson Hole, fish & hike, Winter,
Summer and Fall 2022-2023 is the year for exploring the Teton/Yellowstone Area. With just minutes from Grand Targhee Ski Resort (who ski bus stops right outside our door) to world class fly fishing and biking. With Jackson Hole and West Yellowstone both a short ride away. Speculator Hiking, Mountain Biking, Road Biking In the premier two National Parks and federal lands. Wildlife and Landscape photography at its best year round.

Not to mention the longest running Rodeo in the Country plus live free music concerts. Dog sledding events including the oldest dog sled race in the country.

This spacious, well kept 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom Townhouse is centrally located to enjoy the finest experiences of Yellowstone NP, Grand Teton NP and several National Forests including the Targhee National Forest. Enjoy the gas fireplace, comfortable beds and furnished kitchen. Located on Ski Hill Road on the way to Grand Targhee Ski and Summer Resort. The town of Jackson Hole with the longest running rodeo and famous ski resorts is just over the pass. The layout is perfect for groups, families, or even several families sharing a vacation. 12 miles to Grand Targhee Ski and Summer, 35 miles from Jackson Hole Wyoming, 35 miles to Grand Teton National Park and 117 miles to West Yellowstone National Park! This location gives you the option to enter Yellowstone NP from either the south or west entrance.
• Downstairs has family room , fireplace, kitchen and dining room
• Back deck with table, chairs, and gas grill
• Second floor has two full baths and three bedrooms, and a small outside deck.
• Third floor has large loft area with queen bed and sleeper sofa.
• Off the back deck you can see the Grand Tetons

Summer: Enjoy hiking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, wildlife, photography, or just relax and read a good book. The wildlife is exceptional in the area. Moose, Elk, Mule Deer, Buffalo, and Big Horn Sheep. There are several good horse riding outfits along with loads of trails to hike. Fly-fish some of the best streams in North America (The Teton River is ten minutes from the front door). Attend the West's longest running rodeo in Jackson Hole. During the summer there free weekly concerts along with the 11th Targhee Fest and 28th Targhee Bluegrass Festival.

Winter: The best snowboard and ski slopes in North America are nearby. Just minutes from Grand Targhee Summer and Ski Resort (which is on the same road as this Vacation home), 35 minutes from world famous Jackson Hole, Wyoming and world class skiing. Snowmobile and snow coach trips are available. Attend and watch several Dog Sled races including the oldest one in the country right up the road in Ashton Idaho.

We loved the condo. But no porch light to see the key pad. Only thing we would suggest is the living room furniture needs to be updated. Not very comfortable. It was well stocked in the kitchen. If we’re back to ski? We will definitely choose this condo. It was very close to town. And could catch the shuttle to ski right around the corner about 75 feet away. Getting dropped at targhee’s front door and lift. I would definitely recommend this place for both winter and summer vacations

This property is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The Tetons are nearby as well as Jackson, WY. We will be keeping the information for this property as it is a favorite if we are traveling with family again. We spent Christmas and a few days after here. Great place comfortable space and plenty of room to host and extended family dinner as well. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed for a large dinner prep. Outstanding record collection as well!!

Mark and Lynne are the Owners. We first learned about this area in the late 70's when Mark was on the Prescott Hotshots and spent time in the area. We love to come here and recharge our batteries from work and having an active family. We hope you will enjoy our home in the Tetons and relax.

There is so much to do year round. We wanted to give our kids some great experiences for the rest of their lives. Time together doing some really neat stuff.

What makes this property unique

Yellowstone never gets old to us. Camping and hiking always bring great surprises. But we love to relax in front of the fire place. And Grand Targhee is a great place to ski. Jackson is so close along with snow cat skiing
