The apartment has 80 m² living space, 2 bedrooms & 1 spa bathroom with floor-level, glass-enclosed shower, Wi-Fi access, fireplace, 2 terraces (35 m² main terrace with direct lake view) & private garden.   The holiday property is heated by a gas central heating by means of radiators. In the living and dining area floor convectors were embedded in the floor, which provide cozy warmth. The apartment has Wi-Fi access, blinds and insect screens (tenter & sliding doors) and a safe.   All floors in the apartment were covered with high quality tiles. The large floor-to-ceiling windows (patio doors, plus electric shutters) in the living and dining area with open kitchen offers a beautiful view of the Fleesensee in every season.   The living area has a high-quality wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable leather sofa & 2 club chairs, a large Full HD flat screen (+ SKY TV: Bundesliga, golf tournaments, Formula 1, current films in HD quality) & a showcase.
