Our stay was absolutely perfect! Cabin was conveniently located to all of the attractions we wanted to enjoy and our granddaughters love the game room. Extremely clean and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Will certainly stay here again.

The cabin and the surrounding area were beautiful. We all enjoyed the decks, and there was enough seating for everyone. The driveway was level, and the steep hill was not too steep compared to other places we've stayed. Every room was spotless, including the decks and hot tub. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the downstairs den with games. Bailey and Derrin were fantastic hosts with quick responses and excellent recommendations.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and responded promptly to all communications. Neighbors were very friendly. All cooking amenities were available as if it was our home. This house would be our first choice for any future visits to the area.

Wonderful experience. The cabin was in amazing shape! Had everything we needed. The grill has a direct gas hook up so no need for buying propane which was awesome. Everything was very clean! Hosts were easy to reach, I let them know they only had one dishwasher pod left and we had a box of them waiting on the porch when we got home from dinner! Also one of our guests left a few shirts in the closet and the hosts were nice enough to mail him those shirts! Would definitely stay with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Smoky Mountains. Our cabin was bright, clean and well equipped. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely rent this cabin again.

50 Year Anniversary

Excellent location for visiting Dollywood.Cabin could have used more hand and bath soap and more towels. A box of tissues would have been nice.Layout of cabin was perfect for our group.Kitchen was well equipped.

Absolutely the BEST place to stay for Dollywood and Great Smoky Mtns National Park. Darren was an incredible host and all the amenities were icing on the cake! LOVED the hot tub, relaxing on the porch swing and watching the Dollywood fireworks every night. Darren was super-responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome for the whole family. You can’t go wrong with this one folks!

Spacious cabin and easy to get too. Near all sites in Pigeon Forge. Literally two minutes from Dollywood. Would use as a rental again.

Amazing

Wonderful location within 5 minutes to Dollywood, and the cabin was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for a family of 9, which included 3 children 7 years and under. Would highly recommend this cabin and the host/owners were great and very prompt with communication. My husband and I celebrated our 37th anniversary (May 28th) with our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren in PF and a day in Dollywood. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely rent this cabin again! Thank you to our host. The Duncan family.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cabin. The owner (Darren) was very attentive and stayed in communication with me to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin has many amenities that we loved like a pool table, air hockey, arcade game, corn hole, hot tub, porch swing, in-door pool just a short distance from the cabin. It was stocked for cooking and there was a grill. Only complaint was our trip was too short to take full advantage. We will be returning renters. Much appreciation to Darren! Thank you!

The best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

I am particular about cleanliness and this place was immaculate. All bathrooms had soap which should be common practice at all places but it’s not. Everything was well stocked too! Excellent location and close to everything. Great amenities! And the host was very kind and responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this one!!
