WELCOME to the Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin WHERE EVERY DAY IS CHRISTMAS!!! DECORATED ALL YEAR LONG! You will be enchanted when you walk into our 6700 square foot cabin boasting 9 bedrooms (8 king beds!) and 8 bathrooms on 3 acres of land! Our beautiful cabin is located in Blairsville, GA, just minutes from numerous attractions! We are Kurt and Kathryn Heier, the owner's of Higher Quality Vacation Rentals and our goal is to give you the best vacation experience possible!

**BEDROOMS** -- ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN 55 INCH FLAT SCREEN SMART TV's for streaming.


We have 9 bedrooms, 9 king beds, 2 queen beds and 3 twin bunks. 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 have attached, but shared baths, and 2 have detached baths down the hall. There is a TV in every bedroom.

**MAIN LEVEL**

SANTA ROOM (master), 2 king beds with adjustable bases that raise up and down with a wireless remote. Attached full bath. Option to share with Snowman room if desired.

SNOWMAN ROOM: 2 queen beds, full bathroom down the hall, or option to share with Santa room if desired.

CARDINAL ROOM: 1 king bed, private full bath

CHRISTMAS TREE ROOM: 1 king bed, private bath, option to share with kitchen area if desired.

**UPSTAIRS**

GNOME ROOM: 1 king bed, private full bath

FARMHOUSE CHRISTMAS ROOM: 1 king bed, jack and jill attached shared bath with shower.

NATIVITY ROOM: 1 king bed, jack and jill attached shared bath with shower.

SILENT NIGHT CANOPY ROOM: 1 king bed, 1 twin bunk, attached full bath

**RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS**


Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Maximum guests 28 (including up to 12 children or infants)

50% due at time of booking, remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date.

Non-Smoking cabin - smoking is allowed outside with windows closed.

NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our cabins are FULLY STOCKED with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, full kitchen, and more.

Please note that there is a small pond and creek on our property with no fences.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Full refund for cancellations 60 days or more from arrival.

For cancellations less than 60 days no refunds. No changes of dates allowed. You may add a night if available.

**CHECK IN/CHECK OUT**

Check in time 4 p.m., Check out time 10 a.m.

Personalized 6 digit code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your trip. You will use this code for an electronic key pad on the front door. No need to pick up keys, go directly to the cabin.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION**

On your check-in date, a $500 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.

OMG this was the best home i have ever rented for the weekends. There was room for everyone. The theater room projector wasn’t working but they were understanding and did try to get it fixed but we was leaving the next day. Home was so nice we didn’t even go downstairs before the 3rd day to check it out. I would get this home over and over!

We had about 25 people staying at the cabin and all of us loved the house and how much space there was for everybody. There were lots of activities and things to do for people of all ages. Great place to stay for big groups!

We finally found a place to house our whole family, 24 people! Everyone had a bed, no air mattresses needed . The cabin(actually a massive cabin) was perfect! Lots if individual spaces while still having a homey- cozy vibe! Perfect!

This house was absolutely amazing! We brought 19 ladies from church on our annual Ladies Retreat here and it was such a refreshing house. We enjoyed having rooms that had actual beds and plenty of room to move around. We didn’t have to have 7-8 people sharing a room, which was great! The hot tub and theater room were great amenities. It was also great having tons of room to eat together and a big enough living room where we could all gather. We had nothing that could be better because it was all great! The host was also amazing and was easy to reach! We look forward to coming here again!

Spacious

We had our annual family reunion with 13 adults and 7 kids here. The cabin had plenty of room for all; and the kids loved the game room! The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were so comfy! The whole cabin was very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed a lot of time out on the deck too.

Family Gathering

Location was great for our large family gathering (almost 30 people from 1 year to 70 years). Large number of bedrooms with lots of beds an private or shared bathrooms. Gathering room large enough for the whole group, also seating for a large portion of us out on the covered deck for eating. Theater and game room was particularly great for kids and young adults.

Exceptional cabin

This was perfect for our family reunion. Wonderful hosts who are available for any questions. The cabin has everything you need and the decor is so festive and fun for Christmas. We had a BLAST!

MUST Rent!

I wish I could give 100 stars for this cabin! We have rented many cabins in the past and this one blew us away. The owners pay great attention to detail and we did not want for anything while we were there. There is so much to do just on the property. We had ages from 10 to 77 and everyone had the best time. We will certainly be back!

Holly Jolly Cabin weekend

Our family has a pre Christmas weekend getaway every December. I believe the Holly Jolly cabin has been our favorite location of all the places we’ve stayed. We are planning to book this beautiful cabin again. The cabin was amazing, very well stocked, very clean, and had the most beautiful decorations. Can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing cabin for a big group!

Some classmates and I rented this cabin so we could have a little getaway without going too far. The cabin is beautiful and the property is incredible! Everything was clean and in great shape. We would book this space again in a heartbeat

Great place for family reunion

We had a great stay at the Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin. 11 adults + 14 kids all fit well, with plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Everything was very clean when we arrived, cabinets and light switches labeled, very clear and thorough instructions for all amenities (TVs, theater room, hot tub, etc.), and good communication with owners whenever we had a question. Overall it was a great experience and we would happily stay there again.

The cabin was amazing so much bigger than what the picture shows. Very tastefully decorated for Christmas but the best part was the enjoyable time we had with our family. My one son does a survivor game and we had plenty of room for him to do it on the outside if you’re looking for a place that you can have your family get together you couldn’t ask for a better place. everything about the cabin is up and above what you normally find in places. Can’t thank Kurt and Kathleen for all the hard work they put in the cabinenough for all the work they put into that cabin hello

My 50th Birthday Celebration!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin is so much more than we could have ever imagined. We cancelled dinner plans twice because the house was cozy and great we did not want to leave! The room sleeps 28 people! We were 14 and had 2 rooms left over! I would recommend this cabin to ANYONE!

A Christmas we won’t soon forget!

This Christmas cabin is the stuff Christmas dreams are made of! While the cleaning crew in the house before hand leave a lot to be desired, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful for anything we needed. There is room to play for big groups both inside and out, and the hot tub on a clear night is magical. We loved how organized and labeled everything was- it made it very easy to settle in and feel at home!

Small, charming, gated community. Handicap Accessible! Electric Vehicle Charger, free to our guests! PLENTY OF PARKING. No 4 wheel drive required. Great location, in the center of tons of activities, yet you feel like you are in your own private mountain oasis! 3 acres of land, plenty of room to run around with a lovely pond, creek and trees. Plenty of parking! 8 king beds. We have two king beds in the Santa Suite with memory foam mattresses that have adjustable bases that move up and down and are set at a lower height for accessibility. We have two bathrooms that are both partially handicap accessible. We are handicap accessible, inquire for more details!
