A Little Getaway Place

Cute house with all the essentials in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for a family of 3. Great location - close to downtown (Broadway) and Opryland.

Quiet Convenient Location

Perfect location for us between Chappel Hill, Franklin and Nashville. While Nashville traffic has its own issues, we really enjoyed this location as we traveled to other cities and this location was perfect for us. Host was very accommodating, and communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our trip and stay.

Convenient location

Just right for our 6 adult family members to spend time together while visiting the area for a family wedding. Close to everything you might need during your trip. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Nice to have garage access. Owners made check in and out very easy. Would stay here again.

Welcoming a new Great grand daughter

We were in TN for 2 weeks celebrating the birth of our first great grand daughter. We needed to be close to help with errands, food, spoiling our grand daughter and Grand son-in-law. And of course holding our new special angel.The house was the perfect location close to our families homes. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was perfect, and provided a needed relaxing get aways after long days.

Perfect House!

I came into town with some friends for a softball tournament. This house was perfectly located between the two fields we played on. The owner had great communication, instructions, and was always available for any questions. The house has plently of parking for up to 5 cars if needed. The back yard is perfect for hanging out and enjoying the Tennessee weather, we even had some bunnys running around in the yard from time to time! The house was extremely clean, had coffee and water already stocked, had all accommodations we needed, fast WiFi, and made our trip convenient and amazing! We will definitely rent it again next year if it's available 😁

Why they chose this property

Our property is conveniently located just a short drive to Downtown Nashville, the Airport and other larger surrounding popular cities. Much thought was put in to setting up our property to accommodate groups of families to groups of couples. We wanted to create a simple yet cozy environment for all to enjoy. Our home is located in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood with fantastic accessibility to the interstate.

What makes this property unique

The square footage of the home is on the smaller side, but it feels really big inside. With high ceilings in the living room, a good size dining room and kitchen and large master bedroom on the main floor, it really feels spacious.
