At the heart of the Beaujolais region, traditional gîte amidst vineyards, in wing of building close to owners', Valérie & Franck, house. Separate access. Comfortable interior and top quality furnishings. Terrace with lovely open views of the Fleurie hill where grow famous vineyards. You'll be definitely attracted by this converted winegrower's house tastefully restored preserving old pieces (exposed beams, ornamental fireplace made of stone). Ground floor: large living room opening onto terrace (kitchen / dining / lounge areas, wood-burning stove), corridor, laundry room, WC, utility room. 1st floor: corridor, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (double bed), shower room/WC. Large terrace with garden furniture, outside settee, deckchairs, barbecue, private garden (lawn), above-ground swimming pool shared with owners (8 X4 X1.45, accessed in higt season), six-seating hot tub (accessed from May, with extra charge), play area, shared grounds. Mobile phone network on-site: Orange, SFR & Bouygues.
