Heated pool, freshly renovated vacation getaway home

Fall in love with this cozy vacation home! Just minutes walk from Florida's only warm mineral springs! This freshly renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ,2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room. The pool is heated and enclosed in the lanai so you don't have to worry about any bugs. There are numerous beaches within 15- 30 minutes drive. There multiple golf courses located in and around North Port. Beach towels, chairs, mat pulling cart, coolers and sand toys are all provided for use. There are many stores, restaurants and shopping centers just minutes away. Snook haven of a must see offering great food, music, craft bear, boat tours, kayak, canoe and paddle boat rentals! The outside of the property is monitored by 2 security cameras. One at the garage facing the driveway and entry way and 2nd on the right side of house facing the park for safety and security reasons.

The house was dirty. The yard wasn't taken care of. Furniture was old and stained. Leather would be a better option then fabric. The pool was nice, but there was no place to lay out, other then on the concrete. We needed a house that would except 3 dogs, and this one did so it served its purpose.

Well, what can I say about this wonderful house? :) It is unlikely that anyone will be surprised by the presence of a spacious double bed, TV, and kitchen appliances. But here all this equipment and furniture is in perfect condition, Wi-Fi and a swimming pool became an additional reason for my joy. Host fast response. Highly recommended.

Long Weekend Turned Short

We were excited to stay with local family and visit with our newest Granddaughter. First impressions of the neighborhood was frightening as there are much older and unmaintained properties close by and on the same street. AFTER arriving around 5pm, the owners showed up to repair a toilet and to mow the backyard grass which was an inconvenience as we were traveling with 2 small dogs that needed to be out in the grass. Then the pool heater wasn't working so my 2 grandkids couldn't enjoy the pool as it was cold. Notified the owner that the pool light was not working and he did come back again the next day to check the pool heater and said that it wasn't on at all and that he'd leave it on until 11pm that night for us however, it turned off again at 5pm so it really never had an opportunity to get heated! Said he knew about the pool light not working. A HEATED POOL WAS ADVERTISED !! We brought our own firewood as they was a firepit in the backyard. Just as we were about to go out and make smores one night with kids, the sprinklers came on so we had to cancel that idea. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the bunkbed room was very hot as there wasn't any ac flowing out from that vent at all. The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable as the sofa defiantly felt worn and needs updating. The kitchen was nicely updated and the MB shower was spacious but the rest lacked in comfort. We left one night early.....

The house was as we expected per the pictures and descriptions. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the house was well maintained. We had a great time at this property and would consider staying here again!!

Great home and host!

I can not say enough about Ewelina the host! My first time using Vrbo and I was a little nervous being a 64 year old women alone, my first reservation somewhere else never showed or returned my calls and I was left stranded in a driveway! Ewelina welcomed me into her home after an email and phone call. The home was perfect! And had everything I needed, very clean, Wi-Fi, Netflix and a great pool! I will never forget her kindness and awesome communication and will be booking with her again!

This house was great. It was clean and the house is well stocked. The owners are awesome, kind, friendly and they answer all questions properly. Everyone loved the pool. It is close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again when in the area. 😁

Welcoming Home in North Port

We went down to Florida to visit family who live near by. The home is clean, comfortable, close to stores and well stocked. The host responds quickly with any questions you may have. The house was a perfect fit for our needs. The beautiful pool was an added bonus too.

This was a great location for us, everything was close by. Beaches only about 20-30 minutes away. Pool was enjoyed by all. Quiet neighborhood. Local places to go, Abbies Donuts and Scoops Ice cream is a must. Ewelina was great to work with, thanks for a wonderful trip.

Nice clean home

Overall, very nice property and stay. Parking is limited, two or maybe three cars at the most. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the host was quick to reply to the batteries going dead on the door lock. I would recommend this property to those looking for a stay in the area.

We loved staying here it was very clean and lots of things to use for the pool or if you are going to the beach everything is with in a very short distance from the house. The pool was amazing and so clean and warm. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

My Florida Stay

The property was clean and comfortable. It was set up just as if you were at home. The back yard is ok but could you a little landscaping to clean it up. Not that it was a mess, but with some additional landscaping it would help the appearance. The owner did a really good job of thinking of everything that you might need for your stay and even some things that I had not thought that they would supply.

Delightful pool home

We enjoyed 3 weeks staying at this very nice house. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. We loved having the pool for afternoon swims. Communication with Ewelina was awesome, she really wants everything to be perfect for your stay. I would 100% stay here again

Six weeks of Florida Vacation

We enjoyed 6 weeks of wonderful warm sunny Florida weather during our stay. The heated, well maintained pool was definitely the focus of most of our afternoons. The house was clean, up to date and well equipped . The few questions or requests we had were promptly answered by owners. House is near Highway 41 and several local bike trails. Beaches are about 30 minutes drive.
