About this property

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjoining our main house, this small house, typically Sologne has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda.
It is composed of a living room with its kitchenette, and its sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower.
The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available, direct access to the large garden bordered by a pond. Covered terrace, with its dining area.
Dog allowed, clean, (12kg max), on request, under conditions, only one pet allowed.
Nearby, in the center of the village, Sologne Ponds Museum.
