Villa Bona Vista near Capdepera only 4km from the beach and 200m from the golf course

Our Finca Bona Vista is located in the countryside very close to Capdepera and offers space for max. 9 people plus baby.
The owner will be happy to provide a free travel cot and high chair for small children.
The finca is divided into 5 bedrooms, but one of them is very small and only suitable as an addition.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the three bathrooms is also on the ground floor and has a shower, bath, bidet and hair dryer. In the lower part of the house you will also find the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
There is internet and satellite TV everywhere. The first floor is equipped with 3 further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Two of them have a double bed and the other 2 single beds. Each of the bathrooms has a hair dryer as well as towels for all guests.
The outdoor area is spacious and has a private pool which is only available for your use.
There is also an outdoor terrace with a roof so that you don't have to sit completely in the sun in summer.
Sun beds are available for all guests.
