Newly renovated and within walking distance to town, coffee shop, grocery store, ice cream and town events. Centrally located to all the marinas. Enjoy small town atmosphere, with shops, marinas, and restaurants. Take a sunset sail on the Blue Crab or take a fishing charter out on the Chesapeake Bay. Waterfront restaurants will not disappoint.

Bay Day

Needed a bit of extra room for weekend away with family in Tolchester that allowed pets. The Mellow Yellow was a great choice for us. Thank you Diane and Whitney for sharing your well appointed home!

Bay trip

The group was me, my 3 sisters and niece. I picked this house because some bedrooms had two beds. We did use the blow up mattress because it was difficult to get in the top bunk bed. I didn’t realize the only coffee pot was a keurig. I brought regular coffee and decaf. Fortunately coffee for the keurig was provided but not decaf. We usually stay closer to the water but this was a good house in our price range.

Mellow review

Groovy. The house was well appointed. Nice decor.Nice back yard with a fire pi, blackstone and gas grill. The only 2 things that i noticed were tha couple of the wash clothes didn’t look very clean and the 2 throw rugs in the master bath were ty. So i just put a towel down.

Great house - really nice decor, updated and clean throughout, great location, cooked a little had all we needed to make great breakfasts. Only one suggestion bikes would be a great addition. Thank you

Very clean and updated

We enjoyed staying at this rental and walking into Rock Hall. Took our bikes to the Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge and hiked the trails there. Gorgeous fall weekend. Had a great dinner at the blue heron oyster house. It’s a small town but there’s plenty to do in a weekend even in the off season. Diane sent us a helpful list of shops, sights and restaurants before our stay. Would love to go again.
