Modern Lake Hills Villa, ideal long or shared stay, EV charger

Centrally located in the Bellevue suburb of Seattle, our home is 2 miles from the Redmond Microsoft campus and 3.5 miles from downtown Bellevue. Fully furnished and equipped to serve up to 10 guests for both short and long stays. Central heat and air conditioning are complemented by heated floors in all three baths, creating a high level of comfort and warmth.
Ideal place for one large family or two families, one per each level.
The space
On upper level there is one master bedroom (king) with its own bath, and two other bedrooms (double) which share the hallway bath.
On lower level, there are two large bedrooms, one has a double and the other a king bed. The two lower bedrooms are connected by a door, making this an ideal space for families traveling with children. Access to the lower bath is from the smaller bedroom and also through the laundry. Please check floor plans for details.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire home and yard. Garage is locked and used as storage for host's items.

It is a nice place. We had seven staying and never felt too cramped. The door was unlocked when we arrived. Ran out of the one roll of paper towel and the dishwasher tablet. One pan is SS. Used it twice and everything stuck/burned to it.

Seattle Stay

The location was awesome! The inside of the house was clean and renovated beautifully. The yard needs a lot of work. It would be nice if there were more kitchenware to cook and serve with and directions on where cleaning supplies are. Overall it was a good stay.

Perfect For Us

We were in town for a family wedding and needed lots of bedrooms in a location convenient to the venue. The living room/dining room/kitchen open space was perfect for our group to convene the beds/baths were perfect for everyone to get ready. Home away from home!

My family stayed at wonderful house last week for 3 nights. 5 adults; our adult son was running in the nearby full marathon. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. All appliances worked great. The beds were extremely comfortable & the bathrooms had heated floors & toilets. Super quiet & safe neighborhood & Cosmin was a great host. Any questions were answered promptly & we cannot say enough good things about him.

We had an enjoyable stay with our family of six. The house was the perfect size, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Its location was great, making our trips into Seattle easy, just about 30 minutes away. The house was also clean and matched the listing photos. We appreciated how responsive the host was whenever we had a question.One of the main reasons we chose this property was the central air conditioning, as a middle age woman AC especially at bedtime is important. While the system was functional, it was locked to a minimum of 70 degrees and struggled to cool the house below 74–75 during the day. The beautiful skylights brought in great natural light but did contribute to the upper floor getting quite warm. When we inquired about adjusting the AC slightly overnight, the host mentioned the home's older insulation, so just something to keep in mind if you're traveling in the summer and sensitive to warmer indoor temperatures.There were a few minor things worth noting: the backyard sandbox had collected water and was too heavy to drain, so we ended up covering it. The amenities were as described, though a bit minimal, no paper towels or dish soap provided and just enough towels for our group. We also noticed, during checkout, that the dishwasher was full of what appeared to be clean dishes left from the previous guests.Overall, this is a lovely, spacious home that works well as a base for exploring the Seattle area.

Overall nice home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is nicely renovated/updated with a cute backyard and patio seating. It took a few days right before check-in for the owner to respond to two emails and a phone call from us regarding check-in/door codes which created a bit of stress for us initially. The cleaning person was still there upon check-in at 3:00 pm so we went to the grocery store to grab a few things. The kitchen needs a few cutting boards, a wine opener and larger cups for coffee. There is a Keurig coffee maker and an electric water kettle for tea. The interior stairs and stairs to the exterior entrance would benefit from railings to assist in safety for going up & down. The main floor master bedroom didn't seem to have a AC/heat vent that we could locate, which made that room a bit warm in the evenings. The basement bedroom is much cooler (as another guest noted). There were no notes or general information in the home regarding check-out instructions so we did what we usually do when leaving a VRBO: stripped sheets, took out trash, started dishwasher, tidied up, etc. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the home is in a central location close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet and this home has five bedrooms to accommodate larger groups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Family Reunion

We needed a place to share with extended family. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of seating. the bathroom floors were heated, a lovely bonus when it’s cold and rainy. The beds were warm, fresh, and comfortable.

Family gathering

We live out of the area and the family in the area don't have the room for a Thanksgiving gathering. This house worked well for us. The beds are very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The TV had many options for movies, TV programs, etc. The kitchen appliances are contemporary and work very well.

House was clean and roomy for eight adults.

We were very happy staying here and would recommend it for large groups. Bellevue is a nice suburb of Seattle, and the drive to downtown took about 1/2 hour. We utilized the backyard and cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen.

Peaceful, clean house and responsive owner

Awesome place. Everything we needed for our family of five to be very comfortable. The back yard is very quiet and peaceful with a nice table under a covered patio. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We'll definitely rent this home again and highly recommend.

Great Location for Summer Stay

We were attending a family gathering at Vasa Park on Lake Sammamish. We had a partial view of the lake from the Living room. The house was modern and well maintained. The only negative was that half our party could not enjoy the house because of Covid.

Nice House in a Quiet Neighborhood

The house is comfortable and the price was reasonable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owner was very responsive whenever we had a question. Overall this is a great home base for exploring the area.

Lovely Residence in Lake HIlls Near Crossroads and Redmond

This is a great house with lots of bedrooms and space and an owner truly interested in helping you have a great stay. 3 bedrooms up (including the master bedroom) and a large suite and laundry downstairs. The upstairs baths have heated floors and the AC/heat worked well. Downstairs is a bit cooler (when heating is needed) so maybe cool sleeper should be downstairs. Plenty of seating and a backyard covered patio. Pictures are very accurate. Owner was quickly available to immediately handle the small issues we had (like replacing a coffee maker) and even installed an EV charging port for our stay in record time. Thank you for a great stay!
