The location
The detached holiday home is located in holiday park De Keizerskroon, 1.5 km from the beach. The holiday park, surrounded by canals and a green belt, offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a football field, playgrounds and a small restaurant. The house of 100 sqm living space is on a 560 sqm plot at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a lot of privacy. The tastefully designed garden in combination with two wind-protected glazed terraces (one of which is covered) offers ideal opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

The vacation home
The lovingly furnished holiday home has an open kitchen, an open living area, a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. The master bedroom and the guest toilet are on the 1st Floor. The house therefore offers enough space for 4 people. For self-catering, the fitted kitchen with extensive equipment (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, etc.) fulfills many large and small wishes. The living area has extensive seating, TV (satellite / German TV only), DVD player, CD player, radio up to a selection of CDs, DVDs and game collections all requirements for individual relaxation and a cozy get-together. The dining area with 5 seats allows meals together with the family (a high chair is available on request). For relaxing hours on the terrace of the house, high-quality garden seating with adjustable backrests and a large table, a parasol, as well as two sun loungers and a high-quality kettle grill with barbecue cutlery are available. A parking lot is at the house.

The house is equipped with free WiFi.

Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The prices are seasonal, additional costs are due to the tourist tax (1.30 pp per day, also for children under 18) and final cleaning (75 euros).

The environment
Julianadorp is a holiday resort that offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and variety due to the tranquility, nature, the many sporting opportunities and the cultural destinations on site and nearby. Right next to the park there is a golf course and an indoor pool, as well as a tennis court. In addition to the beach, restaurants and the nearby town center with numerous shops are within walking distance.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich toll. Damit meine ich keine Markengeräte, sondern die Tatsache, dass es eigentlich alles gibt, was man im Alltag brauchen kann. Es ist einfach alles da. Vom Wasserkocher, über den Toaster, Kaffemaschinen, Mixer, Töpfe Pfannen, Sieb, Geschirr, Besteck etc. Selbst ein Gefrierfach für das schnelle Eis zwischendurch ist vorhanden. Wir sind begeistert und kommen ganz bestimmt und sehr gern wieder! Herzlichen Dank auch an dieser Stelle noch mal an die Gastgeber für den netten Kontakt und liebe Betreuung vor und nach unserem Aufenthalt. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass Sonderwünsche erfüllt werden. Dadurch wurde es für uns alle zu einem großartigen Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ausgezeichneter und ruhiger Lage innerhalb eines Ferienparks. Der Standort ist ideal für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine erholsame Woche dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Schönes Haus in Julianadorp

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und es war wunderbar ruhig dort. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Draußen haben wir auf der Lounge wunderbare Abende verbracht.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Sehr sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung (sogar mehr als gedacht) vorhanden. Küche, Wohnraum modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein großes Grundstück mit viel Grün drumherum . Die Stille, es war einfach herrlich.

Wirklich schnes Ferienhäuschen

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich, hübsch dekoriert. Küchentechnik auf dem neuesten Stand. Direkt auf dem Gelände ist fussläufig ein Restaurant. Zum Strand 3 Autominuten. Parkplätze in der Nähe der Dünen. Ich empfehle diesen Anbieter weiter.

Eigendlich eine schöne unterkunft

unser Aufenthalt war grunsätzlich gut schöne gegend man kann ne menge tolle sachen unternehmen mit jung und alt auch die unterkunft war ansich seher gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet was uns aber wirklich enttäuscht hat war das die unterkunft offensichtlich sehr lange nicht gereinigt wurde überall in dem haus dicke wollmäuse staubfäden an den decken auch in der küche wasser kocher und kaffe maschiene musste vor dem ersteinsatzt intensiv gereinigt werden das ärgert einem um so mehr wenn im preis eine reinigungspauschale drin ist. ich zahle gerne etwas mehr wen die pauschle für eine ORDENTLICHE Reinigung nicht aus reicht kurz um ein tolles häuschen für uns leider zu dreckig daher kommen wir nicht wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Zum Strand und zu den Dünen sind es gejoggt keine 10 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Das Auto kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre eine fußläufig erreichbare Bäckerei. Dazu braucht man aber ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Damit sind es 5 Minuten. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, das wir jederzeit wieder mieten würden!

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Super Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sowie direktem Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils mit dem Rad in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Auch wenn man mal keine Lust auf den Strand hat, kann man sich im großen Garten entspannen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Chillen und wohl fühlen in einem schönen Ferienhaus an der Nordsee zu Corona-Zeiten.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Es ist ideal zum Chillen. Wir hatten pure Erholung. Der sehr schöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das rauschen der Nordsee haben wir genossen. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir haben uns gut erholt. 👍

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, so daß man bequem mit dem Fahrrad hinfahren konnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Was wir vermisst haben ist eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung (die Hausnummern sind nicht wirklich logisch angeordnet) und leider wurde keine Bettwäsche angeboten, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung, so daß wir teilweise noch passende Bettwäsche kaufen mussten. Davon abgesehen können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen!
