4 Bedroom Hamptons Home for August!

Perfect location for beach lovers. Multiple beaches within walking distance and parking permits get you access to the best surfing all the way to Montauk.

We built this house during Covid to be a very functional and fun weekend and summer house for us and our two little boys. Coming from the city, the yards (Front and back) are heaven and boast comfy hammocks in both. We make our own fire in the foresty front yard and the back yard is lush, green, with a big pool that the sun hits perfectly. Large dining table fits 10 ppl comfortably. A comfy sitting area in front of our buddha (with little stones in front of it perfect for yoga) also has a solo stove, a couch two chairs and a table.

Around the pool are four lounge chairs and side tables and we also have to sling chairs and a table right out the back door.

The house itself is a dream. Large open ceilings with wood beams, a huge skylight in the kitchen/living room. Great light and open space throughout. There are four bedrooms-
- the master has a 50 inch tv, modern bathroom and its own private sauna!!
-two guest rooms with queen beds and one set as an office with a standing desk, office chair and monitor
- kids room has two full beds and a smaller Car bed
- very large basement with washer, dryer, storage, huge couch, 65" tvs and enough toys to keep kids happy
