THE PLACE TO BE! BEAUTIFUL AMAGANSETT HOME WITH 46' HEATED POOL. Great location on 2+ acres. Two huge Wrap mahogany decks (for children, walking, grill and outdoor activities), master suite with Jacuzzi. 3 bedrooms 2 custom baths. Close to everything yet private. Move in ready. Exceptionally Clean and Safe. Just 110 miles from New York City, Amagansett feels like a million miles away. This house is located on a private cul-de-sac in quaint Amagansett - one of the most beautiful hamlets on the east end. With large outdoor mahogany decking on 2 + acres, and a yard, the house has lush landscaping offering total privacy. The open sleek, modern, airy, spacious, bright living and dining area with modern furnishings, oak floor and high ceiling, makes it an inviting place to entertain. The house sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, and a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen and the third has two twin beds. There is another custom marble bathroom in the hallway. Large and spacious outdoor mahogany decking with a custom 46 foot pool, outdoor furniture and a professional stainless steel outdoor grill are made for days of fun in the sun. Centrally located 1 mile to town for some of the freshest seafood and boutique shopping, 1 mile to the top 10 ocean beaches in the world and 3/4 mile to bay beaches for stand up paddle boarding, water skiing and boating, makes this the perfect summer getaway. And if you are itching for a little nightlife there is the famous Stephen Talkhouse which always has a great summer line up. If you are here to surf— there are some great surf breaks in Amagansett and East Hampton with Napeague and Montauk just a short 15-20 minute drive. The Farmer's Market with Amber Waves organic produce is 1 mile from the house. This gorgeous, pristine house comes with umbrellas and beach chairs, chaises, all linens, and beach towels. Wifi, cable, large flat screen TV (also downloads apps) and special kitchen appliances. The brand new pool heater and grill run on propane. The thoughtful, kind owners want you to have a great vacation. There is public pay for parking at Atlantic Beach or you can use your lease to obtain a beach parking permit. New fiber optic internet (200 mps) allows you to work remotely. Families with school children here, too. This property is very close to the bay beaches, ocean beaches, and town, yet away from crowds and traffic. We have a cleaning team that thoroughly disinfects the house and makes it spotless. Beach Passes are available for renters through the Town Clerk's Office. Pool is closed from the end of September through the beginning of May. If you want the pool heated during the pool season, an additional fee of $800 will apply in the form of an additional payment request after booking.

Very private but close to town and beaches. Well stocked kitchen. Open living/dining room with lots of light. Plenty of linens. The master bedroom was large and very comfortable. Great deck area with plenty of outside seating and pool was lovely.

Lovely house, lovely location

The house was wonderful and roomy. Exactly as described. The house owner was kind, responsive and accommodating. My only comment is that the outdoor deck and area could be attended to. The outdoor furniture showed signs of mold and should be rep;aced. With that - we would stay again. Thank you, Nancy.

Amazing Relaxing Getaway

We had such a great time staying in this spacious and clean Amagansett home! The pool was large and very refreshing on hot summer days and the owners were easy to reach with any questions we had about the pool lights or temperature. All of the house’s amenities were top-of-the-line there was plenty of room for our family and guests to stay comfortably. The town of Amagansett and nearby beaches were all about a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride away. Thank you for providing such a lovely house for our vacation!

Lovely Amagansett Getaway

Owner Nancy very attentive to property and travelers' needs. The property is lovely, with a really good-sized pool. Kitchen fully outfitted for those who like to cook. The location was great-near the Atlantic Beach in Amagansett, and the Square, which had shops and restaurants. Also easy to get to Montauk--nice if you want to drive away from the Hamptons traffic, which we did.

Great communication with Nancy

We had a nice stay at Nancy's. She is very responsive to emails. The place is comfortable and clean and fully stocked with all that you need. New grill and pool heater were very nice. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud.

Wonderful week, clean and comfortable

Our family had a great stay at this property. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and the house was clean and comfortable with a beautifully open living space. The pool and deck were perfect for fun in the sun. We enjoyed several meals outside, taking in the quiet of the nicely private yard.

Perfect location for our annual Hamptons escape with friends!

Perfect location for our annual Hamptons escape with friends! The house is secluded in a very private area surrounded by woods which made it feel like a real city escape. Even so, the location is also so close to everything you need like, Amagansett’s Main Street, the beach & short drive to Montauk for socializing - making it the best of both worlds! Pool is nice with a big patio. Living room is open and spacious with lots of natural light. The overall vibe of the house is very “share house” like with no bells and whistles. Movie night was tough when we had a rainy day since there wasn’t a smart TV or a variety of comfy seating options to kick back. However, most days we were in the pool, out at the beach or in MTK. Nancy was very responsive before our trip and during. We’re all very appreciative & loved our stay in Amagansett!!

We loved everything about our stay. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Nancy was a great host, always responsive, and very helpful. The house is perfectly located, near gorgeous beaches and great restaurants. My boys loved the heated pool and cried when we had to leave. We would definitely stay again.

Nice house, decent experience

The property manager was very responsive to inquiries leading up to and during the stay. We had some issues with the swimming pool cleanliness when we first arrived (there were leaves everywhere) and WiFi connection during the visit, along with some disagreements with the manager when it came time to refund our deposit. Be sure to take photos when you first arrive to ensure a quick deposit refund.

Great stay for large group!

Loved our stay in Nancy’s house! The reviews I read were all very accurate and I am so happy with my stay. Nancy was very accommodating and reacted right away to anything that came up. I came for Labor Day weekend with some friends & family and we enjoyed the backyard, pool, and privacy. It’s a great quiet area but close enough to Montauk to enjoy the beach and nightlife. Overall was very happy with our stay and would recommend for a weekend getaway with friends! Thank you Nancy for your hospitality.

Amazing home and great location for Hamptons Getaway!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this house for Labor Day weekend and couldn't be happier about the house. For starters, the owners were kind enough to leave us a welcome bottle of wine and stopped by to check in to make sure we had everything that we needed, so I was very surprised to see the negative review here given how great we were treated throughout.They were especially great with leaving directions on how to use the grill, heated pool and everything else. The house is perfectly located in Amagansett which is right by the LIRR train station and supermarket which made it very easy to get to. Assuming you have a car, it is a 2 minute drive from the station. The house is in great condition and the pictures honestly don't even do it enough justice. As someone else noted here, there is also a beach that is a ~5 minute drive and a bay that you can walk to. The running routes in the area are perfect if you like to take advantage of that. As someone who has been going to the Hamptons for 3 summers - this was our favorite house by far. Amagansett is a beautiful town with a farmers market, yoga studio and everything you could want for a weekend away. We were very happy with the owners and the house, we can't wait to go back next year!

Gorgeous, airy beach home with fabulous pool

I stayed at this home for a long July 4th weekend with a few friends. We can’t wait to come back. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The kitchen is full of everything you would need, but there was lots of space to move in – fridge and freezer were empty/spotless, and as we brought a ton of groceries with us, this made it very easy for us to unpack. The bedrooms were also perfect & just as described in this listing. The white sheets and duvets are incredibly soft! The linen closet was stacked with towels and there are extra blankets throughout the house. Lots of closet and dresser space. The central air was very effective and great for sleeping. The whole house was bright and airy, perfect for a beach house. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located. Nancy reached out to us and let us know about Devon YC fireworks, which were amazing, and set off of the small/walkable/non-rocky bay beach. The IGA down the block has everything, and the house is a quick drive to Montauk, as well. And last but not least, the pool is GLORIOUS. There was an option to heat it, but we never needed to, as the giant pool is under direct sun most of the day, while the deck, with multiple lounge chairs, has areas of sun & shade. The host was very easy to contact, and for this and all of the above reasons, I would highly recommend this house!

Poorly Managed and Dishonest Owners

We rented the house from August 1st to September 8th. We previewed the house in the Spring before renting. When we arrived on August 1st we found the owners swimming in the pool even though the house was supposed to be empty that morning. While the house and pool were comfortable we found the bedrooms were infested with spiders, there were wasps in the house, and the property was constantly overrun with wild deer (ticks and lyme disease) and wild turkey (droppings). The pool had a leak and had to be refilled with a hose so the pumps would not overheat. There was no cable TV or phone when we arrived and a screen door that needed repair. Unfortunately, we also discovered discarded cans and food containers on the property. We left a substantial security and utility deposit which has yet to be refunded. The owners have claimed we used all of the utility deposit and damaged their furniture and pool. They have shown us no pictures, no bills or any reports to substantiate their statements. The whole experience has us wary of reviews and properties listed on VRBO. Amagansett is a lovely village and the house and pool were fine. But, the owners were more interested in money than in providing a comfortable experience for their renters.

We had a great time, the house was clean and comfortable. My kids had a blast and Amagansett is so lovely. The house is very conveniently located near town and beaches, a great experience! Owners helpful and responsive. A happy experience all around!

Great getaway house in Amagansett

We rented this house for a month with 2 other couples and could not have been happier. Great location to town, beaches and farmers market. A short drive out to Montauk and nestled at the end of a quiet wooded road. Has 3 good size bedrooms, big open living space and an awesome wrap-around deck and heated pool. And the pool and deck get sun pretty much all day. In short, great house for some time out east. And very easy process with the owners. Highly recommend!

It has been completely renovated, with new kitchen, custom marble bathrooms, two new wrap mahogany decks, new pool, new furnace, new furniture, gorgeous oak floors. This property is very private, peaceful and serene. It has a beautiful pool and open living area with brand new windows surrounding the house and a brand new BBQ grill.
