The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50 m). The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is approx. 250 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot via the beautiful promenade. A dialysis center is approximately 150 meters away.
So that your vacation starts at home, we provide you with bed linen and towels free of charge.

1.5 rooms with sleeping area, balcony and kitchen offer space for 4 guests. One of the sleeping areas is on an open gallery and has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a wardrobe. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide) serves as a sleeping facility. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the covered balcony with side sea view, which invites you to linger and relax. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, which can be used free of charge by the guest. Electric shutters in the lower area ensure pleasant sleeping comfort.

Entertainment in the evening: 2 LCD TVs with cable connection in the living room and sleeping area invite you to exciting movie nights. W-Lan access and a stereo with radio / CD are also part of the entertainment.

Schöne, zentral gelegene kleine Wohnung. Ideal für zwei Personen. Alles Wichtige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Der überdachte Parkplatz ist super. Wir haben die Auszeit sehr genossen.

Es war sehr sauber und gelüftet, die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach super Besonders positive möchte ich dieRuhe im gesamten Haus erwähnen, wirklich zum Ruhe finden. Gut gelegene Wohnung - mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, ist gut geschnitten und geht über 2 Ebenen (offenes Schlafzimmer - s. Beschreibung). Sie hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühlschrank etc. Im Wohn-Ess-Bereich steht ein runder Tisch mit u.E. eher ungemütlichen Stühlen sowie einem gemütlichen Sofa. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sicherlich den Balkon mit Meerblick genießen. Leider gab es ein paar Mängel, die dringend repariert (Tür-Schloss defekt, Brausestange ist aus der Halterung gerutscht) bzw. ausgetauscht werden sollten (extrem fleckiges Kissen im OG). Insgesamt passt hier aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für den Preis ist die Wohnung u.E. völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Völlig ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene. Schlafsofa für Kind /Kinder vorhanden. Schön eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis enthalten. Bei Ankunft waren sogar die Betten schon bezogen. 1Flasche Sekt und Obst standen auch auf dem Tisch. Wir waren schon oft in Ferienwohnungen an der Ostsee so etwas gabes bis jetzt noch nicht. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Auch die Hausbewohner die wir getroffen haben waren sehr nett. Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Sogar überdacht. Was ich mich allerdings immer wieder frage ist warum für Endreinigung meist über 40€ bezahlt wird. Auch in dieser Wohnung war nicht alles so wie man es gerne vorgefunden hätte. Einzelheiten möchte ich hier nicht aufführen. Vielleicht schaut ja mal jemand nach dem angeblichen Putzen vorbei und kontrolliert. Schade sonst wären es verdiente 5 Sterne gewesen.
