Summary:
Welcome to The Longhorn Inn located in a quiet neighborhood with easy commute to Fort Hood and the surrounding area. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. located a short drive from Clear Creek gate and about 15 minutes from the main shopping areas. This fully furnished home includes a king size bed, a queen size bed, two twins, Roku TV in the living room, full sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and high speed internet.
The Space:
This one story home features a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a laundry room off the main entrance and garage. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. You will find three bedrooms. Both bathrooms includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to unit A of the duplex minus a locked supply closet and the garage. The lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly! The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles, with room for another vehicle to be parked in front of the house. Off street parking near the home my be limited.
The Neighborhood:
The Longhorn Inn is located on a quiet street of other duplexes within an established single family neighborhood. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
Getting Around:
Killeen does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas. This home is located a short drive from the major highway making traveling to your destination quick and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
Guest do not have access to the mailbox. It is a keyed box that is not registered with the city. Please use amazon pickup sites, or USPS general pick up if you need items delivered to the home. We will not be able to help you if a package accidentally gets put into the mailbox
Interaction with Guests:
Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!
Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
