This property is located 4 miles from Gunstock Ski area in the heart of the Lakes Region. It is a four season destination. Be as active as you want or nestle by the fire. Some of things to do include water sports of all kind, golfing, skiing, hiking, crass country skiing, snowmobiling etc.

Located in the heart of the Lakes Region Just 25 minutes off interstate 93 Minutes to Gunstock Mountain and Lake Winnipesaukee. This secluded home has an in-ground pool and expansive decks for those that want stay home and enjoy the breathtaking view. Gunstock Mountain has skiing, tubing, cross country skiing and snow shoeing just 4 miles away. Lake Winnipesaukee has boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming etc. just minutes away. This home has an open floor plan, massive field stone fireplace and is a great place to gather with family and friends. With two matching master suites it is ideal for two families sharing vacation time.

Great family getaway

This was our second year for a family weekend and we will be back again. Beautiful setting and views. Great house, pool, hot tub, and games for the kids. Delightful get away.

Multi-Family Generation Summer Vacation

This was our third time staying at the Lone Tree Lodge with family and friends. We had great weather and got to take advantage of the pool almost every day. The kids loved being able to hang out in the basement living room watching movies. Thank you for another great stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool with the diving board and slide were my favorite part. The views while sitting on the back deck were also breathtaking.

Great place for two families!

This is our second trip to this spot! The two identical masters are an ideal set up for two families on vacation. The location is great with proximity to a lot, but also feels like a true getaway. We absolutely loved the pool in the house was comfortable for all 10 of us. Our kids already want to come back!

Even Nicer Than The Pictures!

We were blown away by the beauty of this place! The lodge itself was beautiful with natural wood and rustic charm, and the outdoor space and views from the yard were amazing! Larry is a great host and was very responsive, his property is well kept and everything was very clean. We loved it so much, hoping to come back next year!

Great house on a great property

The pictures don’t do this listing justice. The house and property were amazing! The house is clean, comfortable and warm. The windows, decks and views were spectacular. And it has all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay.

Vaca at Lake Winni

We loved this property and only left briefly for groceries. Large enough kitchen and dining area for all of us. Loved the separate downstairs area with plenty of beds for teens, TV, full bath, pool table also with separate access to pool and hot tub. Outdoor shower was a bonus we enjoyed. Beautiful views, everything we needed in the kitchen. Would love to go back again

Phenomenal property!

This property/lodge is phenomenal, great view of the lake, home is immaculate, lacks nothing to be comfortable in it. Plenty of beds, couches, seating, etc. The pool, hot tub, billiards table, washer+dryer, just take this place over the top! We’d stay here again in a heart beat. A+++++

Spectacular Property

We did our annual summer family vacation at this stunning property in July - 6 adults and 2 teens - plenty of space for us! The views from the deck are amazing and the house has everything you could possibly need. It is private and quiet and situated on a beautiful piece of property overlooking the lake. The pool, hot tub and outdoor shower are amazing - the beds are comfortable - the kitchen is fully stocked - and the downstairs game room has ping pong and pool for indoor fun. Troy - the property manager - was really helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We look forward to coming back!

Yes, book your stay here!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. From the moment you walk in, the view is front and center. We were a group of families with children and all had a blast. The pool was a big hit as well as the ping pong and billiards tables. Plenty of space for kids to play outside and downstairs while the adults enjoyed time together cooking and talking upstairs and on the deck taking in the scenery. Can’t say it enough, this was a phenomenal vacation thanks to Lone Tree Lodge!

Summer family reunion blast

Two of our kids and family were able to join us for a pool party fun time in the hills. We loved the house and it worked for our crew just perfectly. You do need to be aware that it is up a steep hill and jogging or biking is probably not advised directly from the house. A stay and swim or ski are the options I see as amazing. The view is to die for, we thought even better than the pictures.

Amazing home!

This was our second time staying at the lone tree lodge and we love this property. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of space to put your food, drinks, etc. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful for any questions. The driveway is steep so it's a good idea to plan ahead with cars. We had 6 cars and were fine, and if you need more space there is a pull off halfway up the drive where you could leave a few cars too.

Relaxing getaway!

Wonderful location and property! Our family of five vacationed here with one other family of five and the property was perfectly suited to our needs. Dual master suites as well as dual bunk rooms for the kids was perfect! The pool was absolutely ideal for all ages (our kids were 4-10 years old) and was heated enough to make it still comfortable in upper 70 degree temps with some clouds. We played board games, completed multiple puzzles, went out for ice cream and a jaunt to the lake, swam in the pool for the afternoons, hiked a local trail, and otherwise just enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Loved this place all around! Thanks Larry!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

Beautiful and Private, a very open and spacious home. We had plenty of room when we wanted to be all together but also there was plenty of room to spread out as well. We had two small toddlers with us and there was plenty of room for them to play and move around safely. Everything was clean and organized and our directions were clear and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back again for another family vacation in the future.

Fantastic

Perfect get away for two families with adult children. Plenty of space, plenty of beds, plenty of things to do. We did not have to leave the property for anything- we were able to just be together and have fun. Everything you need is there even the pool floats. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing property

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. There was more than enough space for 6 adults and 4 children. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. A couple things to note if you are going to rent: despite what the listing says, there is wifi available. The name and password are provided in the welcome packet. Also, while linens are provided, you will need to make the beds and bring your own beach/pool towels. Bath towels are provided. The owner (Larry) arrived as we were packing up (we were running late to get out). He was very kind and understood that we were running late. I mentioned a couple items to him (extremely limited hot water and the thermostat had a weird schedule set which made the house super cold at random times). Larry assured me that he would talk to the property manager about those issues and get them looked at, so hopefully that's resolved for the next guest. Thank you Larry for sharing your wonderful home and amazing view with us. We will definitely be considering renting this house again in the future!
