3-room apartment with a wonderful southwest-facing balcony, swimming pool, sauna

A very warm welcome to my charming, country-style, high-quality and lovingly furnished, quietly located non-smoking holiday apartment with a southwest-facing balcony and unobstructed mountain views. The in-house swimming pool and sauna make your stay truly perfect.

The apartment is individually designed and furnished in a cozy, rustic style. It features a living room in warm wood tones, a bedroom, a children’s room (with bunk beds – please note: mattress size 190 cm x 90 cm), and a kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a hallway, bathroom/WC and balcony. Books, games and hiking maps are available. All rooms are supplied 100% with green electricity. This apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. In the same building you will also find the apartment Gerling I (FEWO 2657398), and directly next door Gerling III (FEWO 2729057).

The kitchen is new and fully equipped, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils, and plenty of tableware and cookware. It features a (4-star) full-height refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a shower, a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror.

The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun umbrella and sun loungers.

Final cleaning costs €80 for the entire stay and must be paid in cash upon departure.
If staying with a dog, an additional €30 applies.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be booked separately for €20 per person per stay.

The in-house swimming pool (10.5 m long, 4.5 m wide, water temperature 28°C) is located in the basement and is free of charge. The sauna, coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee. A ski and bicycle storage room is also located in the basement. Sleds and a high chair are provided free of charge. The residential complex offers a large parking area.

The bus and ski-bus stop (e.g. to Oberstdorf, Fischen and the Grasgehren ski area) is located directly in front of the complex. The local ski area Grasgehren with a fun park for beginners is a 12-minute bus ride away; advanced skiers can travel one stop further to Balderschwang.

The “Haus des Gastes,” spa park with Kneipp facilities, mini-golf course and excellent restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. Access to the cross-country ski trail and the local “Idealhang” ski lift is only a few steps away. The Sturmannshöhle cave is within sight and can be reached by a short walk. The Breitach Gorge (Breitachklamm) is located in the neighboring village of Tiefenbach.

Obermaiselstein is a charming, family-friendly village and is easily accessible by car, German Rail (Deutsche Bahn) or coach. For guests arriving by train, the destination station is Fischen, approximately 3 km away. Under “Directions,” we provide helpful guidance for arrival by car, train or bus.
