En frente de la casa hay una comunidad y una piscina para niños. Este apartamento es ideal para familias que buscan relajación. Desde el amplio balcón podrá disfrutar de una maravillosa vista sobre Calpe, el mar y el Peñón de Ifach. La playa de arena limpia está a solo 200 metros. Resolutivo y atento

Tuvimos varios problemas durante nuestra estancia que el propietario resolvió rápidamente. Esta muy buen ubicado, cerca de la playa y del centro. La pega que pondría es que no tiene aire acondicionado.....

Perfecta

Llegamos tarde, y la portera estuvo esperando muy pacientemente. El apartemento perfecto, muy equipado, todo nuevo de Ikea, está ubicado en una urbanización muy tranquila, muy cerca de la playa. La casa muy equipada, aunque no tiene batidora Electrica (turmix) ni cubo ni fregona y la escoba es muy pequeña. Además no había TDT y tuvieron que venir a instalarlo. El parking privado, es de toda la urbanización, y por lo cual es difícil aparcar. Repetiremos.

Great apartment

Great stay, very clean and great communication with when needed. Would benefit from aircon in height of summer but fans done the job- wouldn’t stop me staying again!

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schön renoviert und der Blick ist einzigartig. Wir konnten jeden Tag in der Sonne auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Auch mit mehr als 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ok, muss sich nur organisieren können.

2nd time staying in this property

We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The apartment has everything you need for a family holiday. We used the pool a lot more this time around as temperatures reached 39C during our stay.

Très agréable, une piscine enfant + une adulte très bien pour couper avec la plage l'endroit est très calme c'est vers du 22/06 au 06/07/2021.pour finir aucune surprise tout était prévu à l'intérieur de la location👍

Die Lage ist top

Der Blick von Balkon ist ein Hammer und verdient 5 Sterne Leider ist vieles nicht so schön wie erwartet Staub war viel zu finden Zimmer sehr klein die Betten sind ne Katastrophe Metal Gestell mit madratze das Doppel Bett durch gelegen und quietscht Der Schrank im 2 Einzel Bett Zimmer war zugestellt mit Heizung und diversen anderen Gerümpel Im anderen Zimmer das extrem klein war war nicht mehr als ein Bett zu finden kein Schrank nichts was für ein 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt mehr als schlecht ist Das Sofa ist völlig durch gesessen Wasser Kocher und der im Schrank Stehende elektrische Backofen sind verkalkt bzw. nicht unbedingt sauber Der Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Berg ist ein Traum und sollte mehr in der Beschreibung hervorgehen Der Pool ist im Katastrophalen Zustand im großen Becken fehlen viele kleine Fliesen im Pool herum ist es nicht sauber und man spürt deutlich das das liegen am Pool nicht erwünscht ist er dient nur zur kurzen Abkühlung Das Baby Becken hat eine Leiter die den Anschein wirkt das diese abbricht da sie nicht mehr gut im Takt ist Check in und Check out ist schwer wenn man kein Spanisch spricht da weder englisch Kenntnisse noch deutsch Kenntnisse vorhanden waren Für 2 Wochen ist die Wohnung ok aber man sollte keine hohen Ansprüche haben nochmal kommen würden wir persönlich nicht trotzdem waren wir froh das die Buchung sehr unkompliziert war und wir endlich wieder Urlaub im schönsten Ort der Welt machen konnten Mit p. Müller

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles top,. Waren zu zweit dort und haben nur das größere Schlafzimmer belegt. Das weitere Schlafzimmer hat ein 140 cm breites Bett, allerdings mit einer recht weichen Matratze, für Kinder aber sicher ausreichend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Lage und Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Außenschwimmbad ist nach ein paar Schritten erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und den zuständigen Personen vor Ort ist perfekt. Etwas spanisch und englisch sollte man aber können. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic apartment

A lovely, clean, modern apartment, really close to the beach and main shops. Nice pool and facilities. We appreciate why it doesn't have air conditioning, but it probably needs an extra fan for the summer, so there is one in each bedroom. The view from the balcony really is fantastic. Will definitely book again!

Saubere neuere Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet. Matratzen für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Parkplatz ist manchmal schwierig zu finden. Die Wohnung ist für max. 3 Personen ausreichend. Zentral gelegen. 5 min bis ins Zentrum und Strand. Internet WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Hausmeisterin spricht nur Spanisch.

One of the best family holidays we had.

We arrived at the appartment block an hour before check in time which was not a problem at all and were met by a lovely Spanish lady who gave us the keys. The directions given are spot on, only to stop short in saying that you have to drive on a bit further along the right side of the building so you see the parking area on your left next to the main entrance. Just turn 3 quarters at the small round about to turn into the parking lot. The appartment is absolutely amazing. Bright, spotless clean, modern, and well equipped. Plenty kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. So ok, the kitchen area is a bit narrow, but that didn't hamper us from making nice meals. Our 2 daughters wanted to sleep in the room with the small double bed because it has access to the balcony. That suited us fine, giving me and my husband the bigger room with wardrobe. The sun is out on the balcony in the morning. If it was too warm to sit in the sun (and we had fabulous weather for the week we were in Calpe, so even after 8pm it was lovely to sit outside) we lowered the awning for a bit of shade. The views from the appartment are amazing. There is construction going on at the moment that indicates an appartment building that will probably block the view of the rock of Calpe. But there is plenty views of the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony. The appartment is in a secure private building block that cannot be accessed from outside without a key. Because of that we didn't hesitate to let our daughters go to the pool on their own. Although we couldn't see them, we could hear them from the appartment. In saying that, they are well able to swim. There are 2 pools. One for toddlers, and 1 that is probably 1.5 mtr at its shallowest and defenitely 3 mtr at the deep end. Great for diving practice. It's a very quiet spot to stay and relax (apart from the seagulls that can make a racket at times) and only a few minutes walk from the main street with lots of shops, the old town, and the beach and boulevard. The only thing that will stop us from coming back is the absence of airconditioning. Even now at the start of June it was very warm in the bedrooms. We didn't want to leave windows or balcony doors open for fear of stray cats or uninvited guests coming in. Out of all the family holidays we have been on this has definitely been one of our favourites.

Een heel mooi appartement, goed gelegen en heel volledig

Goed geregeld met de huishoudster. Heel mooi en schoon appartement. Goede ligging in Calpe. Rustig en zo in de drukte. Prachtig uitzicht en een lekker balkon. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd, we hadden grotendeels slecht weer, dus koud water in 't zwembad.

Schönes Heim für eine entspannte Woche in südspanien

Die Wohnung war neu renoviert und nett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht war grandios. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Nähe zur Altstadt und Strand war gut. Glücklicherweise gab es auf dem Gelände noch ausreichend Parkplatz, was aber bei mehr Besetzung sicher knapp sein wird. Die Betreuung vor Ort war eher ausreichend. Keine Sprachkenntnisse und keine Einweisung in der Wohnung. Betten mussten wir selber machen, nachdem wir dann auch das Bettzeug und die Handtücher gefunden haben. Die Sauberkeit in den Fluren war mangelhaft. Das Hauptgebäude hat uns bei der Anreise erschreckt. Gut, dass wir dann unser Apartment erreicht haben und es deutlich angenehmer aussah. Fazit: angenehme Wohnung in etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiger Umgebung. Ein Ort mit Bausünden, aber tollem Strand.

Great location overlooking Calpe beach and Calpe rock

Excellent appartment in a great location close to Calpe beach with impressive view of Calpe rock.The appartment was well equipped and very clean. Appartment is only five minutes from the beach. Amazing views from the balcony.I would not hesitate to book this appartment in the future and will be looking at booking it again next year.
