This cozy apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful traditional Basque house. In a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the Nivelle valley, with beautiful green surroundings. The house is sunny with a large garden surrounded by nature, meadows, the forest and mountains . Located 8 km from St. Jean de Luz and the coast, you can choose every day between the sea and the mountains. The charming village of Ascain is 3 minutes away. You will find plenty of information at our site baskenreisen.

The apartment of 52 m2 and capacity for 4 people, is with all amenities equiped. The living room includes a living / dining room, with a modern kitchen (washing machine, dish washer, coffee, etc.), a cozy dining area and a comfortable lounge. The appartment does have a separate entrance and a part of the garden.

The apartment does have a 2 very quiet bedrooms, with two single beds and spacious bathroom.

The living room, bathed in sunlight, does have a stairscase to the garden.
