Celadon Beach Resort 2307D has everything a family needs to make the most of their beachfront vacation! This cheery 1/2, King Bedroom with Hall Bunks and Sleeper Sofa sleeps 6. Fully outfitted compact kitchenette and spacious living area provide the perfect perch for your beach vacation! Parking is $45 per vehicle. Freshly painted with new decor in 2022. Beach service included during season

Beautiful views, well stocked and clean. The bunk beds were uncomfortable/hard. The master bed had a foam topper so it was fine. The patio chairs were great. The unit had beach chairs and a wave board available for guests, which was extra nice. I would stay here again for the price they offered which was well below other units.

We will definitely stay again!

Condo was great, bed was so soft and the sunset views were absolutely beautiful! Location was perfect! Condo had a musky smell so we had to buy candles and bedroom needs brighter lighting. Overall, we had a relaxing vacation and would definitely stay again!

Another visit that was perfect!

This is our 2nd time staying here. It was great just as before, I was shocked when we walked in everything has recently been updated, new furniture and repainted it was beautiful it truly feels like home! Everything you need is there it’s hassle free check-in, perfect space for everyone and you can’t have a better view it’s truly breathtaking!!! We love here!

This property is on the 23rd floor and has amazing views of the ocean and the city lights. The condo was clean and had plenty of bath towels. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrellas everyday. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area to chose from. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Paradise on 23rd Floor

Absolutely wonderful stay with plenty of room for family, and a beautiful view right outside you door! Condo was fully stocked with all essential needs for cooking, it was very clean and super cute felt very home like! Beach access was great and that is always a huge plus, go down stairs out the back door and you are on the sand!!! We will definitely be booking again!!

a rainy vacation

Very nice except for dirty & soiled mats in kitchen & master bath.Also nasty carpet in bedroom.Everything else was good. Loved the view.

Pleasant stay

Pros:Great location, great access to the beach. Comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms. Fantastic view from balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. Close to everything, quiet area. Enough towels for a week stay. Cons: furnitures really old, couches in the leaving room very worn out. Carpet in the bedroom very old. The kitchen mat and bathroom mats dirty.

Would definitely stay here again

Condo was clean. Exactly as described. The location was perfectly located for us. It was the more quiet part of PCB. Loved having access to two pools. This was our first VRBO at PCB. The only confusing part was the parking is across the street. Thankfully there was an attendant at the property that was very helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. All questions that I had to property management was answered quickly. Thank you for having us

Not recommended

The view is great and it's safe but there isn't really a bad place on the beach. The condo needs a deep clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and we weren't fans of the bedding (and we aren't super picky). We couldn't find some things listed in the description and I reached out to ask about them by phone and email with no reply. This place misses the mark on cleanliness and comfort.

Vacation 2023

We found dirty underwear left from previous renter's behind bathroom door. The ice maker was broke and they said someone would be out on Monday and never heard from no one. Other wise the condo was nice. The one think we didn't like was we didn't have a roif on patio so it was really hot and at night a n d early morning hou couldn't set out due to compensation running down off main roof so that was a down fall.

It was very easy check in and very clean. This condo is on the top floor. Elevators were pretty fast even with one out of service the whole week. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a trial size supply of dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and bathroom toiletries. There were no pantry supplies at all like salt and pepper or coffee so you’ll need to bring these. Bed was comfortable. There are a few things to consider: It doesn’t take away from the 5 star review but the light from the outside shines inside the bedroom. I chose this condo because I noticed they had blinds and curtains covering the window. It helped but it’s still not completely dark so if you need total dark to sleep, I recommend choosing a condo with the bedroom on seaside. Also, the temperature in the bedroom is a tiny bit warmer than the rest of the condo so we had to sleep with the door open. There again, it doesn’t take away from the 5 star review because the host has provided two fans and a ceiling fan to make it more comfortable. The beach supplies were very handy but you will need to bring your own beach towels. We have stayed at the Celodon four times now and it never disappoints. It’s actually gotten better over the years. The condos we stayed in before were unavailable. We chose this one because it was a great deal. I’m glad we did. We would definitely stay in this one again.

This was a great unit on the top floor. The elevators were very efficient. Loved the beach chairs that come with the unit. Communication prior to the visit was very good—all through email. Upon arrival, they used a text to let me know the unit was available about 2 hours early and provided a special code that they stressed to use ONLY to get in the unit early….which was very nice. After arrival, I needed to communicate with them about two items: small wall damage already existing and the original door code was not working. No one ever responded to texts to two numbers or emails (emails replied that it was not monitored). We were able to use the early code all week but we continually worried that it would deactivate and lock us out at some point.
