The apartment I is located on the ground floor and has a floor space of about 68 m² plus 30 m² balcony / terrace. It offers plenty of space for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a large 1.80 wide double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds) and a modern shower room. From the bright, equipped with large patio windows spacious living / dining area with fitted kitchen you reach a south-facing balcony with adjoining terrace and access to the garden.



The house: The house was built in 2009 in a beautiful panoramic position on a southwest slope, the 4 star apartments are new and were equipped to a high standard. So you will find in our apartments flatscreen TV with satellite TV and a hi-fi system with CD player and iPod connection, but also a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. Each apartment also has a garage space and ample storage for possibly brought bikes or other recreational equipment.
All apartments have sunny, very spacious terraces or Balconies with a beautiful view (in good weather you have a view to the Alps) and invite you to relax. Of course, there are modern, comfortable sun loungers, barbecue and a beautiful garden, as well as comfortable outdoor seating. In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with fitness equipment and a sauna.

Wir sind restlos begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Es war absolut alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch dass eine Sauna im Haus ist, die man benutzen kann, wann immer man möchte, ist super. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Also alles wirklich empfehlenswert.

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer wunderbaren ruhigen Gegend.Das Wetter war leider schlecht, daher hahen wir die Sauna sehr genossen.Checkin war unkompliziert und pünktlich, wie angemeldet.Sehr nette Vermieterin!Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöne ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es liegt am Rand von Bad Waldsee, welches dennoch gut mit dem PKW erreichbar ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Je nachdem wer noch die anderen Appartments hat kann es hellhörig sein. Es war aber nie übermäßig störend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche hat soweit alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super ruhig und entspannend - dennoch ist man in ca 6-8 min in der "Stadt" für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist also gesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Gute Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier genossen. Es ist eine ruhige und wunderschöne Gegend. Gut zum Entspannen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt fürs Spazieren oder Radeln. Einziges, was zu bemängeln ist - die Fenstern von Schlafzimmern schauen auf die Straße, wo Traktoren und Autos sehr nahe am Haus vorbei fahren. Das stört, wenn man mit geöffneten Fenstern schläft. Sonst ist es wirklich schöne, saubere Wohnung. Und ist zu empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderbarer Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert: Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Die Lage außerhalb Bad Waldsees ist ideal zum Erholen, aber auch für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Bodenseekreis erkundet, von Lindau bis Konstanz war alles gut zu erreichen. Ravensburg ist auch ein Besuch wert, sowie die schöne Altstadt von Bad Waldsee und Bad Saulgau. Es war eine tolle Woche.
