Our cozy cottage with 50 square meters of living space is located in a beautiful, quiet and sunny location in the recreation area on the outskirts of Klingenthal, at the edge of the forest and close to the 936m high Aschberg. We have direct access to the trail and hiking trails (500 m walk to Kammloipe). In Mühlleithen and Bublava are the next alpine ski resorts.
Recommended gastronomy, a summer toboggan run, the "Vogtlandarena" one of the most modern large hills in Europe and many music and sporting events are waiting for your visit.
Bicycle and ski rentals are in place.
Even amateur geologists and music lovers will get their money's worth in our area.
The over 800 square meters of land is fully fenced and 2 cars have no problem on the paved parking area.
On the property there is an idyllic garden pond, a barbecue area and a terrace with stunning views of the valley.
In the house we provide you with free Wi-Fi.
Our cottage is comfortably furnished and is heated by 3 night storage heaters, 2 additional heaters and a cozy fireplace.
The bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a large double bed with high quality bed bases and mattresses.
Next to it is a cot.
Another sleeping possibility is a mattress 1,60x2,00m in the upper staircase.
On request you can find your bed ready-made before-for 10 € per person.
The kitchen with fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove with 4 hobs and oven enough dishes should leave nothing to be desired.
The dining area for 3 persons (if necessary also extendable) is located in the living room with a beautiful valley view.
The stay with pet is easily possible. For a pet we charge 10.00 € per night on the utility bill. The stay of a pet requires however the telephone consultation (037467/26623).
For friends of the hunting is a full-fledged weapons cabinet - separate compartment for ammunition - which can also be used as a safe can be used.
Toilet and a small bathroom with bath and washing area are spatially separated and in the basement. For the small laundry is a camping washing machine (up to 2.6 kg) ready.
