Half-timbered cottage in the historic old town

Grade II listed half-timbered house, 60 m², 4 persons, 2 bedrooms, tiled stove

Here you rent a whole house (no Fereinwohnung)! The 60 m² living space are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 1 bedroom and the bathroom, in the 1st. Upstairs the kitchen and in the attic is another bedroom. There is a storage room for prams, bicycles, sled or similar .. Opposite the house there are 2 free parking spaces for the cars.

Tolle Lage, aber falsche Versprechungen

Kostenlose Parkplätze nicht vorhanden, daher erhebliche Zusatzkosten. Dusche mal kalt, mal warm - so geht es nicht.Küche mit erbärmlicher Ausstattung. Herd teilweise defekt. Keine Schüssel. Geschirrspüler undicht.Nagelneuer Fernseher aber nicht brauchbar, da nicht eingerichtet.

Gelungenes Wochenende :)

Wir hatten ein sehr Ereignisreiches Wochenende - der Harz ist immer wieder sehenswert. Die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend & einladend, sehr sauber und gepflegt , es war alles vorhanden, was im Alltag gebraucht wird. Auch sehr vorteilhaft ist die Lage: zentrumsnah. Vielen Dank für die Beherbergung - wir kommen gern wieder :)))

Netter Kurzurlaub

Wernigerode und Umgebung bietet viel für einige Urlaubstage. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige vorhanden, sie hat eine gute, zentrale Lage. Kostenloser Parkplatz in 5 Gehminuten. Minus: Enge Treppe, Mini-Bad, das würde bei längeren Ferien stören.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ein Mangel ist kein Parkplatz für zwei Familien und keine Möglichkeiten Sachen im obersten Schlafzimmer.
